    • PURPOSE:To effect stabilized combustion exhaust gas disposal, by a method wherein the title disposer is provided with a spray means, an assist burner, an air supplying means, an after burner and a cooling water supplying means while an alkali blowing device is provided in an exhaust gas passage before a dust collector. CONSTITUTION:Upon incineration of plastic series waste, loaded into the primary combustion chamber 2 of an incinerator 1, a temperature in the primary combustion chamber 2 is detected to control it by a water spray means 6 and an assist burner 8 while the concentration of oxygen in the combustion chamber 2 is detected to control the supplying amount of air. Subsequently, high-temperature combustion exhaust gas, generated by combustion and thermal cracking, is introduced into a secondary combustion chamber 3 and a temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is detected to control it by an after burner 12 while the concentration of CO is detected to effect complete combustion while controlling an air supplying means 11. Further, the high-temperature exhaust gas of secondary combustion is cooled in an exhaust gas cooling tower 14 by a cooling water supplying means 15 while controlling the cooling temperature of the exhaust gas while the concentration of HCl in the cooled exhaust gas is detected to neutralize it while controlling it by an alkali supplying device 18. The neutralized substance is introduced into a dust collector 17 together with the exhaust gas, thereafter, clean gas is discharged into atmosphere.

    • PURPOSE:To automate the supply and discharge of a raw material by providing a product storage tank to a lower stage and providing a batchwise model rotary mill to a middle stage and providing a working vehicle and a raw material supply vehicle both of which freely run in the axial direction of the mill to an upper stage so as to arrange both of them on a track in series. CONSTITUTION:A product storage tank 3 having a discharge pipe 31 having a joint 32 provided to the leading end thereof is provided to a lower stage 1F and a batchwise model rotary mill 1 having an opening part 11 is arranged to a middle part 2f and a working vehicle 5 and a raw material supply vehicle 6 both of which freely run in the axial direction of a mill 1 are provided to an upper stage 3F so as to be arranged on a track 7 in series. Further, an air pipe 4 having a joint 42 provided to the leading end thereof is arranged to a desired periphery in a freely openable and closable manner and one or more hydraulic part respectively mounting, detaching, grasping, raising and lowering the loading lid 12 fitted in the mill opening part 11 and a discharge lid 13 is provided to the working vehicle 5. Further, the raw material supply vehicle 6 integrally supports a raw material receiving upper hopper 61 at the top part thereof and also integrally supports the conical cylindrical body 63 inserted in and brought into close contact with the mill opening part 11 in a freely rising end falling state at the lower end part thereof and the joints freely engagable with the joints 32, 42 of discharge pipes 31, 4 are provided to the lid 13.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid the effect of the weight of a foreign material in the value of moisture even if the foreign material such as dust attaches on a sample tray during the returning process of the empty sample tray or during storage, by measuring the weight of the sample tray before drying by a measuring device. CONSTITUTION:A measuring apparatus is composed of the following parts: a pre-drying measuring device A, which measures the weight of a sample before drying that is fed by a sample picking and feeding device; a post-drying measuring device B, which dries the sample and measures the weight of the sample after drying; a sample-tray coneyer C, which conveys the sample in a sample tray 6 from the device A to the device B; and an empty-tray returning conveyer D, which returns the empty sample tray 6 to the sample picking and feeding device. At first, the weight of the empty sample 6, which is returned by the conveyer D is measured by the device A. Then the sample before drying is put on the sample tray 6, and the total weight of the sample before drying and the sample tray 6 is measured by the device A. Then the sample in the sample tray 6 is sent to the device B by the conveyer C and dried. The total weight of the dried sample and the sample tray is measured. By using the specified expression, the including rate of moisture in the sample is computed based on the measured values.
