摘要： Billing method of flat-rate tariff based telecommunication system is provided. Billing method of flat-rate tariff based telecommunication service of telecommunication service system including billing database maintaining user information and service usage history information, the method includes the steps of: a) retrieving user information and the user's service usage history information from the billing database; b) if the user is subscriber of flat-rate tariff based billing service and if the user's amount of the telecommunication service usage for current term is less than the standard amount, charging the user the standard amount; c) if the user's amount is more than the standard amount and less than the maximum amount, charging the user the user's amount, the maximum amount being the sum of the standard amount and the extra amount; and d) if the user's amount is more than the maximum amount, charging the user the maximum amount.
