    • The apparatus for producing die-cast parts with arc-shaped internal- and/or external casting contour, comprises a permanent mold with a movable arc-shaped sliding core (10), which forms the internal- and/or external casting contour of the die-cast part, and a rotary slide device (12), which moves the sliding core into the permanent mold in the arc-shaped path before die-casting and from the permanent mold in the arc-shaped path after die-casting. The rotary slide device is mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically operatable core sliding- and core pulling device. The apparatus for producing die-cast parts with arc-shaped internal- and/or external casting contour, comprises a permanent mold with a movable arc-shaped sliding core (10), which forms the internal- and/or external casting contour of the die-cast part, and a rotary slide device (12), which moves the sliding core into the permanent mold in the arc-shaped path before die-casting and from the permanent mold in the arc-shaped path after die-casting. The rotary slide device is mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically operatable core sliding- and core pulling device, and has an arc-shaped rotary slide (14) according to a type of an annular- and/or flat ring segments, where the rotary slide is bounded with the sliding core in front side and in a material-locking manner. The rotary slide device has several units, which are operatively connected with the rotary slide, so that the units exert an arc-shaped displacement movement to the rotary slide and consequently to the sliding core. The unit is a hydraulic cylinder (16), whose piston rod (18) is operatively connected with the front side of the rotary slide unbounded with the sliding core, so that the displacement movement is exerted to the rotary slide and consequently to the sliding core during rectilinear displacement of the piston rod. The rotary slide device has a stationary rotary slide guide, which is designed, so that the rotary slide is moved into the rotary guide in an arc-shaped manner when the rotary slide is pushed or pulled to the front side unbounded with the sliding core. The slide guide is formed as arc-shaped bush, in which the rotary slide is movable, where the bush has an internal cross-section adapted to the rotary slide. The hydraulic cylinder is arranged with the piston rod, so that a force is exercised on the inner surface of the rotary slide guide forming the inner radius during the displacement of the rotary slide in direction of the permanent mold and during the displacement of the rotary slide in direction of a demolding point and pulling out the rotary slide. The apparatus has unit for introducing and/or distributing lubricant e.g. oil or grease between the slide guide and the rotary slide during the production processes. The introducing and/or distributing unit pulls the rotary slide guide over the length of the outer radius lying to the inner surface, has an engaging distribution groove, which is connected with a supply channel that guides into the slide guide from outside, and comprises lubricating grooves, which are arranged to the rotary slide and radially run to the addressed mid point of the rotary slide. The units of the rotary slide device interlock the rotary slide and consequently the slide core after moving into the open or closed permanent mold and unlock the rotary slide and consequently the slide core before moving out from the open or closed permanent mold. The apparatus has a combination slide, which is designed, so that it interlocks the rotary slide together with the slide core after moving into the mold and unlocks the rotary slide together with the slide core after moving out from the mold, where the rotary slide moves together with the slide core in a final casting point. The slide core detaches from the die-cast part and the rotary slide moves together with the slide core in a pre-molding point. The combination slide is mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically operatable, where the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is operatively connected with the combination slide. The rotary slide and the rotary slide guide have recesses that are designed, so that they form a common opening in the mold for receiving the combination slide after moving the slide core, where the combination slide and the opening are formed, so that the rotary slide is interlocked together with the slide core during inserting the combination slide into the opening. The rotary slide is moved together with the slide core in the final casting point and is unlocked together with the slide core during pulling the combination slide from the opening. A part of the combination slide inserted into or pulled out from the recesses of the rotary slide and the recesses have sloping planes, so that the part of the combination slide is displaced in the direction of the mold during inserting the part into the recesses and is pulled out opposite to the demolding direction of the mold during pulling out the part from the recesses. The combination slide and the opening are exactly formed to each other. The front side of the slide core unbounded with the rotary slide is connected in the casting point with a shape-giving part of the mold by pressing, so that the connection is sealed with respect to a casting material flowing under pressure. The rotary slide has edges conically pointed at its front side pointing to the mold. The mold has a corresponding notch for the rotary slide and conically pointed impact areas. A unit is provided to blow a barrier air into a gap between the rotary slide and the mold in direction to the slide core after unlocking the rotary slide together with the slide core. The rotary slide and the slide core consist of hot-working steel, where the surface of the slide core is additionally nitrated. An independent claim is included for a method for producing die-cast parts.
