摘要： The invention relates to a process for the production of cement clinker from fine-grained cement raw material which, after preheating and calcining, is burnt in a clinker-burning zone subdivided into two stages, and is then cooled. Optimum process conditions, in particular in the clinker-burning zone, are achieved by the calcined material first being preheated, in a first stage formed by a fluidised bed or spouted bed, to a temperature up to the range of the sintering temperature, palletisation of the material being brought about in the process, after which the material thus heated is then heated to the sintering temperature, in a second stage of the clinker-burning zone acting as the finishing-burn stage, and is tempered until burning is complete.

摘要： Apparatus for the heat treatment of fine material comprises a multi-stage cyclone preheater, a rotary kiln and a calciner supplied with tertiary air from a cooler for precalcination of the preheated fine material. The tertiary air pipe is narrowed at the point where it joins into the calciner. In this way an intensification of the mixing together of material, fuel and gas is achieved as well as an improved combustion, particularly fuels which are slow to react.

摘要： Process for heat treating finely ground material comprises:(a) preheating the material in a multistage preheating zone (1) using hot gases; (b) further heating the preheated material in a calcination zone (4) provided with additional fuel and containing hot waste gases passed through a combustion zone (2) and further calcining; (c) finish annealing the calcined material in the combustion zone and then cooling in a cooling zone (3). Heated spent air from the cooling zone is fed into the calcination zone as tertiary air and a partial zone is operated as reaction chamber (6) which is charged with preheated material from the second lowest preheated stage and in which a reducing atmosphere is maintained to reduce the nitrogen oxide content in the waste gases of the combustion zone. The novelty is that the preheated material from the second lowest preheated stage (1b) is fed into the lower region (6a) of the reaction chamber (6), whilst the preheated material from the third lowest preheated stage (1c) is divided into two partial amounts, from which a first amount is added to the second lowest preheated stage and a second amount to the upper final region (6b) of the reaction chamber (6). Tertiary air is fed to the lower region (6a) of the reaction chamber (6). An apparatus used to carry out the process is also claimed.

摘要： The invention relates to apparatus and to a method for the heat treatment of fine-grained material using a multi-stage cyclone preheater and a combustion chamber supplied with tertiary air from the cooler, in which the branched part of the tertiary air pipe extends upwards and the material discharged from the second-lowest stage of the cyclone preheater is introduced into one branch pipe at a point which lies lower than the point at which this branch pipe is connected to the combustion chamber. In this way good dispersal of the material which is delivered pneumatically to the combusion chamber and excellent combustion conditions are achieved at the same time as a considerable reduction in the overall height of the entire cyclone preheater.
