摘要： A multi-sheet buffer system in a sheet finisher are disclosed in which sheets are moved through an inlet roller without any delay and are not put in a standby mode to improve their finishing efficiency. In the multi-sheet buffer system in a sheet finisher including a sheet moving path, a compiler stacking sheets moving through the sheet moving path, a jogger aligning the sheets stacked on the compiler, and a finishing mechanism finishing the sheets aligned by the jogger, the multi-sheet buffer system comprises a sheet buffer provided between the sheet moving path and the compiler to buffer and stack at least one sheet and move the stacked sheet to the compiler. The sheet buffer includes an inlet roller and an outlet roller provided on the sheet moving path, a buffer tray provided between the inlet roller and the outlet roller to stack sheets, and a sheet ejection mechanism ejecting the sheets stacked on the buffer tray to the outlet roller at once.
