摘要： PURPOSE:To set simple and sure insulation seal to the jointing part of a multicore wire by putting an insulating material deformed by pressure on the inside of a multicore side wire to be jointed, and covering the jointing part with a heat-shrinkable tube for heat shrinking. CONSTITUTION:In order to joint wires, an insulating material such as rubber, plastics or the like which keeps its shape and ordinary temperatures without flowing and is easily deformed when a pressure is added is arranged on the inside center part of a multicore side cable. On the other hand, a tape is wound on a slender wire side as occasion demands. After these wires are jointed to each other, the jointing part is covered with a plastic tube which is shrunk by heating. This tube is then heated and shrunk. Thus, the outside part of the connecting part is covered with an insulated by the tube, and the insulating material such as rubber on the inside is deformed by the shrink pressure to fill the clearance in the center part, whereby the wires are closely adhered to each other and perfectly sealed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title tape improved in parting from calender rolls, heat resistance, etc., and prevented from undergoing telescopic side sticking by coating a plastic film support with a pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive layer comprising a mixture of an uncrosslinked rubber with a crosslinked rubber. CONSTITUTION:A mixture is obtained from 100 pts.wt. uncrosslinked rubber such as natural rubber or butyl rubber, 5-100 pts.wt. crosslinked rubber such as, desirably, butyl rubber and, optionally, about 20-100 pts.wt. softener such as a process oil and about 40-300 pts.wt. filler such as white carbon. A plastic film support such as a PE film of a thickness of about 0.05-0.25mm is coated with said mixture as a pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive layer in a coating thickness of about 0.1-3mm. It is preferable that said butyl rubber has a gel fraction of about 40-90% and that said filler has a particle diameter of about 5nm-20mum.

CONSTITUTION:The material for passivating the metallic surface is incorporated into the aq. gel of the polymer having a three-dimensional structure. This gel is brought into contact with the surface of the metal. The material incorporated therein is the hydroxide of alkal metals and alkaline earth metals, the borate, water glass, amine, etc., of the alkal metals and passivates the surface of the metal by dissolving in water. As a result, the coexistence of water and oxygen is no longer of a problem and the infiltration of carbon dioxide is prohibited by the gel.
