摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating inflammatory disease containing an Ardisia tinctoria (Ardisia tinctoria Pit.) extract or a fraction thereof as an active ingredient. More specifically, it has been confirmed that an Ardisia tinctoria extract or a fraction thereof suppresses the production of nitric oxide which is sharply increased by inflammation induction, and it has been confirmed that the Ardisia tinctoria extract is effective in markedly reducing the amount of PGE2, IL-6 (interleukin-6) and IL-1 beta cytokine in a dose dependent fashion, and that it inhibits the expression of iNOS and the COX2 gene and protein and inhibits nuclear translocation of p65 protein and phosphorylation of signal transducers. Also, it has been confirmed that the Ardisia tinctoria extract and an ethyl acetate fraction are effective in suppressing inflammation in a carrageenan-induced mouse podedema model as well. Consequently, the Ardisia tinctoria extract or fraction can be used to advantage as an active ingredient in compositions for preventing and treating or alleviating inflammatory related diseases, or compositions for topical skin preparations, cosmetic compositions and health foods.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cleaning device for an outer wall and a window glass of a building, in which even if a step and a projecting part exist, the center of gravity is moved and the device can be smoothly passed. SOLUTION: In the automatic cleaning device for the outer wall and the window glass of the building, supporting bases 1, 1' folded by a cylinder 10 are crossed and formed and a brush 14 rotated by a driving motor 2 is fitted on one side and weights 15, 15' are fitted on the other side. Not only effective cleaning is enabled by a simple constitution, but also even if a step and a projecting part exist, the supporting bases are expanded and folded by the cylinder and thereby the center of gravity is moved and the automatic cleaning device can be passed through the projecting part. The rotary brush 14 rotated by the driving motor 2 is axially fitted in the middle part of a guide roller 16. An injection means 5 of cleaning water is fitted to the upper part of the supporting base 1' and also an injection means 4 of cleaning water is fitted to the lower part thereof. A protective rail on an endless orbit is desirably fitted and the other protective wheels are fitted on the vertical both sides of the supporting base 1' on the other side.
