    • A double drain board manufacturing method is provided to improve productivity and to cut down the manufacturing cost by simply forming through-holes by automatically removing projections with a cutting blade during transferring an extruded material. A double drain board manufacturing method comprises the steps of: extruding synthetic resin in a strip form; forming the both sides of a strip-shaped extruded material(41); cutting and removing projections(E) for through-holes; cutting the extruded material of a single drain board structure in the proper length; and overlapping two cut single drain boards. In the forming step, plural ribs(L) parallel to each other are set up in a longitudinal direction on the both sides of the extruded material. Plural recessed grooves(G) are formed between the ribs formed on one surface in a longitudinal direction. The projections for through-holes are formed between the ribs formed on the opposite surface corresponding to each recessed groove.

The heater is installed at the rotary tables not to be contacted with the rotary tables for heating the penetrating projections of the rotary tables. The heater comprises a main heating member whose both ends positioned near the directly upper part of the penetrating projections of two rotary tables, an insulating member surrounding the outer surface of the main heating member except for the opposite surface of the penetrating projections, and a sub heating member positioned between the two rotary tables to be extended to the lower center potion of the main heating member.

    • A spiral corrugated and perforated pipe manufacturing method using a corrugator is provided to prevent the decrease of productivity and defects generated in forming a perforated pipe with rotating a mandrel. In a spiral corrugated and perforated pipe manufacturing method using a corrugator and a forming apparatus, plural mold members are rotated along an endless track and are combined with or separated from a plate of the corrugator installed in the front side of an extrusion die and an extrusion die nozzle(2). A pair of molds(3) having helixes on the outer peripheral surface is disposed in the corrugator and provided with a sealing bar(10) blocking the compressed air. A spiral uneven corrugated pipe(1) is molded by equally applying forming materials in the mold by high air pressure. Rollers(12) are disposed at the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the end of the corrugator to draw out the molded spiral uneven corrugated pipe from the mold easily, and vertically and horizontally regulated. A boring projection is formed on the outer concave part of the spiral uneven corrugated pipe by forming a projection unit on the mold. A guide(13) and a boring blade cylinder(14) rotated along the spiral uneven gullies are integrally combined at the outer side of the spiral uneven corrugated pipe. The boring projection is cut by a boring blade fixed on the boring blade cylinder.
