    • The present invention relates to a time-temperature integrator including micro-immobilized microbial beads, and to a method for manufacturing the integrator. A print paste according to the present invention can be efficiently provided to the time-temperature integrator in consideration of wettability and drying characteristics, and further, the time-temperature integrator according to the present invention may enable microorganisms to be micro-immobilized in beads so as to prevent the microorganisms from growing, and may adjust the weight of the beads depending on the distribution period of a food product so as to control the reaction speed of the microbial time-temperature integrator. Therefore, the time-temperature integrator of the present invention may be valuably used in methods for easily, quickly, and simply measuring food-product safety from a food production stage through a final consumption stage.

    • The present invention relates to a two-dimensional code-type time-temperature indicator the color or shape of which changes in accordance with time and temperature conditions. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the time-temperature indicator, to a quality guarantee system using the time-temperature indicator, and to a quality guarantee method using the quality guarantee system. The time-temperature indicator of the present invention comprises: nanobeads containing a microorganism for generating lactic acids using nutrient components, an indicating agent for indicating the change in color by means of the generated lactic acids, an immobilization material for immobilizing the microorganism, the indicating agent, and the nutrient components; a base having a bonding layer; and a cover film which contacts the microorganism and the base so as to activate the nanobeads, and which has a fixed water activity (Aw). According to one embodiment of the present invention, whether or not spoilage of a product has started due to an exposure to the temperature or time condition other than an allowed range can be advantageously checked in a quick and accurate manner.
