摘要： The present invention relates to a microorganism having the ability to produce a (lactate-CO-glycolate) copolymer from glucose, and more particularly, to a microorganism having the ability to produce a (lactate-CO-glycolate) copolymer even without being externally supplied with a glycolate precursor, and to a method for preparing the (lactate-CO-glycolate) using same. 摘要： There is provided a recombinant microorganism having producibility of poly(lactate-co-glycolate) from glucose, and more particularly, a recombinant microorganism having producibility of poly(lactate-co-glycolate) without adding an exogenous glycolate precursor, and a method of preparing [poly(preparing lactate-co-glycolate)] using the same. According to the present invention, the poly(lactate-co-glycolate) in which the concentration of the glycolate fraction is high may be prepared at a high concentration without supplying exogenous glyoxylate. Therefore, the present invention may be effectively used for treatment.

摘要： PURPOSE: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) with an optical PCB module, which is a sub board, for high speed data transmission between high speed chips is provided to eliminate interference of peripheral components in optical connection while being attached to a main board. CONSTITUTION: An optical PCB has an optical waveguide forming a plurality of optical channels. The optical PCB exposes an end portion of the optical waveguide to each both end surface and includes an aligning hole. An optical PCB(100) includes a unit mounting unit in which a wiring pattern is formed. The wiring pattern includes a plurality of wiring lines for electrical connection with the outside of the optical PCB module. An IC packaging unit(200) comprises an optical transmitting device or an optical receiving device, a chip mounting unit, and a conductive line. The optical transmitting device or the optical receiving device receives and transmits light through the optical waveguide. The chip mounting unit equips a driving IC driving the optical transmitting device or the optical receiving device.

摘要： An anti-warpage backgrinding tape (11) is secured to the circuit side (12) of a semiconductor wafer (14). The backside (16) of the wafer is background. The backside of the wafer is secured to dicing tape (18) so that the anti-warpage backgrinding tape is exposed. The wafer is diced to create individual die structure (34). The die structure comprises semiconductor die (22) with anti-warpage tape elements (36) on circuit sides of the semiconductor die. A die structure is removed from the dicing tape. The backside of the die of the die structure is adhered to a substrate (24). The anti-warpage tape element is removed from the die. The anti-warpage backgrinding tape is preferably partially or fully transparent to permit sensing of guide markings on the wafer during wafer dicing. The adhesive is preferably a curable adhesive. The adhesion between the anti-warpage tape element and the chosen die may be reduced by the application of heat (38).

The top-surfaces of the respective optical interconnection blocks are substantially aligned with the top-surface of the PCB.
