摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of recording measurement data from a GPS satellite and capable of saving power by setting a GPS receiver at a first specified time in the case the state of the GPS receiver is cold start and at a second specified time in the case the state of the GPS receiver is warm start which is shorter than the first specified time. SOLUTION: An on/off linking means starts the actuation of the receiver 32 at the same time that a main power source is turned on, and finishes the actuation of the receiver 32 at the same time that the main power source is automatically turned off in the case no operation is performed within a specified time. A CPU 31 discriminates whether the actuation start state of the receiver 32 is cold start or warm start, and sets a timer at the first specified time in the case of the cold start, and sets the timer at the second specified time which is shorter than the first specified time in the case of the warm start. The timer is started after the set processing of the specified times. The receiver 32 is started at the same time that the timer is started so as to capture the satellite and receives time data, etc.

CONSTITUTION:In a finder optical system, movable lenses 61(A) and 61(B), which move in the direction of an optical axis to make zooming, and a mirror 62 and a prism 63, which alter an optical path, are arranged between an objective 60 and an eyepiece lens 25 which are arranged in a finder window. A liquid crystal display device 64 is arranged between the mirror 62 and the prism 63 and a visual field frame surrounding the photographic range and the zoom allowable range are displayed in a frame by means of the liquid crystal display device 64. This finder optical system allows zooming in the range of wide angle to telephoto side by the operation of a zoom-wide button and a zoom-telephoto button. Thus, by displaying the zooming allowable range by the use of the liquid crystal display device 64 arranged in the finder optical system, the photographic range can be checked.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a camera provided with a drop-in loading mechanism capable of easily and surely loading a film even in the case of a beginner and further, attaining miniaturization. CONSTITUTION:The operation of the loading of the film is explained as follows. A bottom cover opening button 31 is operated in the direction of the arrow of the bottom cover opening button 31, from a state where a bottom cover 21 is closed and a locking pawl 33 and an engaging pawl 21a are disengaged, the bottom cover 21 is opened. On the other hand a lever 44 turns linking with the action of the bottom cover opening button 31, to push a pressing plate projection 41c and retreat a pressing plate 41. Moreover, a pin 31b is engaged with a lever 35 to restrain the bottom cover opening button 31. When the film is inserted and then, the bottom cover 21 is closed, the locking pawl 33 and the catch 21a are engaged and simultaneously, the projection 21d of the bottom cover pushes the lever 35, to disengage the pin 31b and the lever 35 and the bottom cover opening button 31 is actuated to the sprocket room side by a spring 32. Further, the lever 44 is turned, its press-contact with the pressing plate projection 41c is released and the pressing plate 41 is tilted to the front of the camera, to press the film.

After loading the cartridge C in the camera and taking up the leading edge of the film to the reel 62, the bar code is started to be read, and the film F is rewound to a first frame after finishing reading the bar code in the camera.
