摘要： The disclosure relates to the control of a lighting system illuminating a space such as a room. The controller receives signals from a mobile user terminal, including an indication of a user input entered by a user via an on-screen user interface of the mobile user terminal. The controller is also able to determine a position from which the user input was entered by the user. Further, each of a plurality of discrete control policies is associated with a respective positional demarcation within the space in question, where each control policy defines a respective type of response of the illumination to one or more on-screen elements of the lighting-control user interface. Based on this association, the controller selects one of the control policies associated with the determined position. The controller then controls the lighting system to provide the illumination in accordance with the response defined by the selected control policy.
