摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a diameter without using a special means and performing a special operation. SOLUTION: A simple linear 30 is provided with a first liner piece 30a and a second liner piece 30b. The piece 30a has a trapezoidal shape in which a width of a side face is gradually reduced from a facing side toward a portal and is formed like a wedge. The piece 30b has a trapezoidal shape in which a width of a side face is gradually reduced from the portal side toward the facing side. When the pieces 30a, 30b are assembled in an annular shape, they are assembled in such a way that the first liner piece 30a protrudes on the facing side. Upon completion of assembly, a projecting end of the first liner piece 30a is pressed on the portal side using a shield jack.

Boltholes are bored to the flat surfaces 7, 7 as required.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify, quicken and strengthen the connection and coupling of a segment by fitting a male side joint member between an outer side metalware and an inner side metalware, bending and linking the tip portion of a cylindrical body of the male side joint member and providing a ring-shaped gap. SOLUTION: A synthesized segment 1, 1' is produced with a steel plate 2 as an outer shell of segment piece and inner side concrete 3, and a male side joint member 4 and female side joint member 5 are attached to the end faces of segments 1, 1'. In this case, an outer shell steel plate 2 is welded to respective joint members 4, 5 and are anchored and fixed to concrete with anchoring bars 13 welded to an outer side metalware 10 at female side 5 and to a base metalware 6 at male side 4. Also, a ring-shaped gap 9 is formed for fitting and linking a thin-wall cylindrical body 7 of the male side joint member 4 between the outer side metalware 10 and the inner side metalware 11. Thus, only by pushing the segments 1, 1' in the axial direction of the tunnel by shield jacks, the segments 1, 1' can be strongly coupled. By doing this, the assembling time and assembling process of the segments 1, 1' can be shortened.

SOLUTION: The breadthwise butt ends of segments have a buried fitting made of a male fitting 2A of T-shaped cross section and another buried fitting made of a female fitting 3 of C-shaped cross section respectively for mutual engagement and coupling. Projection streaks 2b and 2c are formed at both sides of the lower surface of a flange 2a as the tensile load acting surface of the male fitting 2A, and formed as the initial support point part where a tensile load acts. The deformation of the flange 2a is thereby facilitated until the occurrence of the prescribed displacement from a tensile displacement start point, upon the exposure of the flange 2a to an initial load as the tensile load, thereby reducing the apparent tensile rigidity of a joint 31. As a result, even if a proper positional relationship is not set between the male fitting 2A and the female fitting 3, tension is absorbed at the time of the coupling and engagement thereof, and the appearance of a gap between the male fitting 2A and the female fitting 3 is prevented.

A clamp 3 having almost a U-shape having a cross-sectional shape of the internal space almost the same as the trapezoidal shape is used for coupling. In this coupling work, a notch is formed in part of the girders 5 and 7 in the longitudinal direction, a clamp 3 is attached from this notch and is slided in the longitudinal direction of the girders 5 and 7 and is fitted to a trapezoidal fitting cross-sectional portion.

The one protruded side engagement face 5A is mutually engaged with the other recessed side engagement face 6A of the segment body 4 to use them for a tunnel shielding method through which mutual segment bodies 4 can be connected. In this case, the engagement faces 5A, 6A are mutually connected by not the whole plane contact of the full length of a joint hardware of the engagement face but the partial contact thereof.

By this fitting, the coupling of the lining member 1 can be performed easily and strongly.

The male joint 9 is constituted by embedding one side flange 9A and a part of a web of H-shape steel in one joint face 8A in the inclined state to the joint face 8A.
