摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent generation of an excessive bending stress in the framework of a crushing means, caused by the reaction force received by the crushing means from refractory material, so as to make the device as a whole compact and improve the dismantling ability of the crushing means. CONSTITUTION: In a dismantling device 1 for a refractory lining a crushing means 5 is provided in a framework 4, the framework 4 being placed over a container 3 lined with a refractory material 2 which leaves a clear inside space 9 enclosed by the bottom 7 and upright side wall 8 and the crushing means 5 having a cutting tool 25 for cutting the refractory material 2 from inside outward and provided in a manner of being movable vertically and horizontally inside the clear inside space 9. In this framework 4 grounding means 6 are provided, which are set from inside plane against plane firmly on the upright side wall 8 of the refractory material 2 in grounding.

CONSTITUTION: In the method of repairing the iron tapping spout T by hitting, rotating and crushing a crushing part with a hitting-rotary tool B fitted to the tip part of a shank rod of a drill machine, the drill machine is supported almost horizontally and freely oscillatably right and left in the inside of the iron tapping spout, and while giving hitting in the hitting direction of generating pieces of component force in the direction along the side walls of the iron tapping spout and in the direction of entering the side walls, the deteriorated layer of the side wall parts on the right and left sides of the spout is broken in order. A bracket 5 for mounting the drill machine is fitted to the arm 4 of a shifting device 2 and a supporting head 12 for supporting the drill machine in the horizontal state is fitted to the bracket 5 so as to be freely turnable around the vertical axis, and also, a driving device for turning the supporting head right and left around the vertical axis with respect to the bracket, is arranged.

摘要： PURPOSE: To always execute the repairing of an iron tapping spout with suitable hitting without useless hitting even used downward by using a drill machine which can press a shank rod backward, at the time of hitting-repairing the damaged part of an iron tapping spout of a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: When a lining of a monolithic refractory of the iron tapping spout is eroded and damaged with molten iron and molten slag, the drill machine 1 is used as a stamping device at the time of repairing by filling and stamping the monolithic refractory. This drill machine hits the shank rod 10 foward with a piston 5 for hitting to hit the filled monolithic refractory in the damaged part with a hitting rotary tool 60 fitted to the tip part of the shank rod 10. A hydraulic chamber 52 provided with an accumulator for holding a prescribed hydraulic pressure is provided at the front part of the drill machine 1, and also, a hold-up piston 55 for pressing the shank rod 10 backward with the hydraulic pressure is provided. Even for the soft layer such as the damaged part in the iron tapping spout, the suitable hitting can always be executed, and the damaged part in the iron tapping spout can be repaired with excellent workability.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the powdering of pellets along with a reduction in damage to the internal wall of a kiln by introducing crushed pieces of rubber based wastes into a burner of the kiln as auxiliary fuel for firing. SOLUTION: A hood 2 is mounted at a discharge end of a rotary kiln 1 and provided with a burner 3. The burner 3 is arranged protruding into the rotary kiln 1 and designed to keep the temperature at about 1,300 deg.C inside the kiln 1. As a result, pellets in the kiln 1 are heated by radiation by flame or by heat transferred from a refractory brick heated by the radiation. The burner 3 is made up of a main pipe 3a and a branch pipe 3b and pulverized coal is introduced into the main pipe 3a as main fuel while crushed waste tire pieces are introduced into the branch pipe 3b as auxiliary fuel The waste tire crushed pieces to be introduced are adjusted to below 5mm in average diameter prior to use and the amount thereof introduced is set at below 20wt.% per the amount of the main fuel introduced.
