摘要： A lower header (10) on the side of an inlet for a low-temperature liquid and an upper header (16) on the side of an outlet therefor are connected together via a plurality of external heat transfer pipes (22). In the interior of each external heat transfer pipe (22), an internal heat transfer pipe (24) is provided which extends from the inlet side end of the external heat transfer pipe (22) to a portion thereof which is short of the outlet side end of the mentioned pipe. Between the outer surface of the internal heat transfer pipe (24) and the inner surface of the external heat transfer pipe (22), a low-temperature liquid circulating passage (23) communicating with the interior of the lower header (10) is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the sufficient heat transfer performance as the occurrence of icing is reliably suppressed even when there is a slight error in the size of a heat insulation part. CONSTITUTION:A lower header 10 on the low temperature liquid inlet side and an upper header 16 on the outlet side are interconnected through a plurality of outer heat transfer pipes 22. In each heat transfer pipe 22, an inner heat transfer pipe is arranged inside a region ranging from an end part on the inlet side to a part this side of en end part on the outlet side. An annular flow passage 23 for low temperature liquid communicated with the interior of the lower header 10 is formed between the outer surface of the inner heat transfer pipe 24 and the inner surface of the outer heat transfer pipe 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease a thickness of ice accretion in an open rack type liquefied natural gas vaporizing heating tube, by providing an outer heating tube with a heating fluid into contact with the peripheral surface and an inner heating tube coaxially inserted into this outer heating tube to communicate with its lower part to be formed with a jet hole in an upper/lower halfway position of the outer heating tube. CONSTITUTION:This heating tube is used as a panel in a liquefied natural gas device, and liquefied natural gas, which must be vaporized, is guided to the first header 6 arranged horizontally, to rise up in the heating tube 2. This heating tube 2 comprises a straight cylindrical outer heating tube 16 connected to the header 6 in a lower part 19 and an inner heating tube 17 coaxially inserted into the outer heating tube 16 to communicate with the lower part 19 of the outer heating tube 16 in a lower part 18, to provide a jet hole 21 in the inner heating tube 17 in an upper/lower halfway position of the outer heating tube 16. In the inner heating tube 17, an upper position of the jet hole 21 is closed by a plug 22, and the inner heating tube 17 is inserted to the second header 7 and connected to a header 9 supplied with liquefied petroleum gas.

A plurality of roller members 21 are attached to to the holder main body 1a so that the roller members are freely moved back and forth to the side of the body to be measured from the holder main body 1a. The turning of each roller member 21 caused by the moving operation of the holder main body 1a is measured. The position of the probe 2 with respect to the body to be measured 70 is detected with a moving-position detecting means 20. The amounts of back and forth movements of a plurality of the roller members 21 from the holder main body 1a are adjusted with an adjusting means 211.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the holding force of a contact medium and to properly take a measurement by providing the shoe at the bottom end part of the probe holder, forming a groove at the periphery of the through hole of the shoe, and providing a communication path in the groove. CONSTITUTION:The contact surface of the shoe 7 which is positioned at the bottom end part of the probe holder 1 and contacts a body to be measured is machined into a contact surface shape matching the surface shape of the body to be measured, so the contact area by which the shoe 7 of the holder 1 contacts the body to be measured can be increased and the contact stability of the shoe 7 of the holder 1 is improved. Then the contact medium is supplied continuously into the groove at the periphery of the through hole 8 of the shoe 7 by the communication path 10 and moves while staying in the groove 9, so that the holding force of the contact medium is improve. When the contact medium is supplied to the groove 9 of the shoe 7 exceeding a certain amount, an excessive contact medium is discharged and absorbed in a hole direction. Therefore, the shoe 7 is never floated by the supply pressure of the contact medium.
