摘要： A heating unit whose total impedance can be easily adjusted according to the size of the tire mold and capable of using the power supply with high power factor and a tire heating device using the same are provided. A ferromagnetic metal member (10a) heats a tire mold (M1) by heat conduction. An induction heating coil (C1) is disposed on the opposite side of the tire mold (M1) to the ferromagnetic metal member (10a) and produces lines of magnetic force to induction-heat the ferromagnetic metal member (10a). A nonmagnetic conductor (30a) is disposed on the opposite side of the induction heating coil (C1) to the ferromagnetic metal member (10a)to interrupt the lines of magnetic force produced by the induction heating coil (C1). The heating unit (100a) having these components heats the tire mold (M1) containing a tire. First spacers (71a, 72a) and second spacers (21a to 23a) are used to determine the relative positional relation between the nonmagnetic conductor (30a), the induction heating coil (C1), and the ferromagnetic metal member (10a).

The tire vulcanizing apparatus has: a medium path, connected to an internal space of a raw tire, for passing a heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure control valve for controlling a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor; a temperature sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium; and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the temperature sensor, wherein the pressure control valve and the heating unit control the pressure and temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium supplied from the medium path to the internal space of the raw tire respectively and independently.

A movement mechanism for moving at least one of the tread section-preheating mechanism (16) and the raw tire (4) is provided in order to move the tread section-preheating mechanism (16) relative to the tread section (4a).

摘要： A center mechanism for a tire vulcanizer having a first cylinder whose stroke can be detected with a simplified structure achieves reduction in cost and improvement in working efficiency upon maintenance. The center mechanism expands, while the first cylinder 1 moves downwardly, a bladder 5 into close contact with an inner face of a green tire. A downward stop position of the first cylinder 1 is set in advance by a linear sensor 14. The stroke amount of the first cylinder 1 is detected by a stroke bracket 12 having a stroke portion 12a extending downwardly in parallel to the first cylinder 1 from within a stem 8 and provided so as to advance into the stem 8 together with a cylinder rod 1a, and a linear sensor 14 for detecting the stroke amount of the first cylinder 1 from the stroke portion 12a of the stroke bracket 12 remaining outside the stem 8.

摘要： In a center mechanism of a tire press, which the tire size is changed, the lower limit position of an upper clamp ring is changed to a shaping height corresponding to the size of the exchanged tire only by changing a setting of a controller. Consequently, the work related to the tire size change is facilitated. A bladder is inflated and tightly comes into contact with the inner face of a green tire while lowering the upper periphery of the bladder to the shaping height corresponding to the tire size. The center mechanism includes: an upper clamp mechanism such as an upper clamp ring, that holds the upper periphery of the bladder; a first cylinder for vertically moving the upper clamp mechanism by the reciprocating movement of a piston; a linear sensor for sensing the travel amount of the piston of the first cylinder; and a controller for setting the shaping height as the lower limit position of the upper clamp mechanism and for controlling the reciprocating movement of the piston on the basis of the travel amount.
