摘要： A noncaking general coal is mixed with a hydrogenated heavy solvent. The mixture is transferred to a tubular reactor (10) and rapidly heated. The mixture is then subjected to a thermal cracking/hydrogenation reaction in a tank reactor (12). Subsequently, the reaction mixture is sent via a flash drum (16) to a vacuum distillation column (18). Thereafter, a binder is discharged from the bottom of the vacuum distillation column (18). The vacuum heavy oil fractionated in the vacuum distillation column (18) is sent to a solvent hydrogenation column (20) and hydrogenated with hydrogen. The hydrogenated heavy oil is recycled as the hydrogenated heavy solvent. The binder is compounded by means of a mixer (24) with a coal charged, and the resultant mixture is charged into a coke oven (14).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new and suitable caking additive for coke from a steam coal having low caking property.
SOLUTION: Noncaking steam coal is mixed with a hydrogenated heavy solvent, introduced into a tubular reactor 10 and quickly heated. The heated coal is subjected to pyrolytic hydrogenation reaction in a tank reactor 12. The reaction product is introduced into a vacuum distillation column 18 through a flash drum 16 and the caking additive is extracted from the bottom of the vacuum distillation column 18. The vacuum heavy oil fractionated by the vacuum distillation column 18 is introduced into a solvent hydrogenation reaction column 20, hydrogenated with hydrogen and circulated as a hydrogenated heavy solvent. The caking additive is mixed with charged coal by a mixer 24 and charged to a coke oven 14.
