    • PURPOSE:To manufacture pressurized HeII within a short period of time by a method wherein an inside part of a container is reduced in its pressure, liquid helium is cooled to change it into saturated ultra-flowing helium, helium is thermally insulated at an intermediate part of liquid layer, a cold state keeping region is formed below it, the inside part of the container is pressurized and then pressurized region flowing helium is produced within the cold state keeping region. CONSTITUTION:A safety valve 16 is opened, HeI is inputted into a container, and a liquid surface level 28 of HeI is set higher than that of a separator 12. A vacuum pump is operated to discharge evaporated He in a container 10, an inside part of the container 10 is reduced in its pressure to generate saturated HeII and then the safety valve 16 is closed. Although an upper part and a lower part of the saturated HeII are thermally insulated with a separator 12 being applied therebetween, a slight clearance is present between the safety valve 16 and the separator 12, so that pressure above the separator 12 and pressure below the separator 12 are kept uniformly to each other. A compressor is operated to supply helium gas into the container 10 and an inside part of the container 10 is pressurized substantially up to atmospheric pressure. Saturated HeII present in the pressurized HeII tank 14 acting as a cold state keeping region is pressurized substantially up to atmospheric pressure while being kept at a low temperature state and then the pressurized HeII is produced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of an engine by installing an intermediate power transmission member which is fitted in integrally rotatable manners with a screw rotor shaft on the drive side, screw side gear which is fitted with the power transmission member and meshed with an engine side gear, and a pressing means, onto the shaft edge part of the screw rotor shaft. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate power transmission member 15 has a trailing side contact surface 18 for generating a torque by a slide friction, and joined with the rotor shaft 19 of a screw rotor 2 through spline 20, and supported by a bearing 21, and can be revolved integrally with the shaft 19. While, a screw side gear 16 has a drive side contact surface 22 which contacts the contact surface 18, and is fitted with the projection part 23 of the member 15 and is supported in rotatable manners by a bearing 24. Further, a bolt 26 screwed with a tapped hole 25 formed on the member 15 is engaged with a patch plate 27 fitted onto the edge surface of the gear 16, and the gear 16 is pressed onto the member 15 by the bolt 26, and the frictional force between the both is adjusted. When the screw rotors 2 and 3 are locked, a slide is generated between the both surfaces 18 and 22, and the application of an excessive torque onto a crankshaft 1 is prevented.
