Further, in the microcomputor 16, the furnace temp. from a thermocouple 14 and the carrying speed of the steel belt 5 from a driving motor 7 are inputted. By this method, the computor 16 compares the color tone detected value of the iron powder cake with the standard value, and the carrying speed of the steel belt 5 is controlled through the driving motor 7 so as to become in the reference range or the temp. in the furnace is controlled through combustion burners 13, to make the oxygen content in the reduced iron powder the suitable value.
