    • PURPOSE: To independently control the amount of nose camber into the target value and, even when there are a restriction from the viewpoint of the material of a rolled stock, restriction from the viewpoint of equipment, restriction from the viewpoint of operation, or the like in a finish rolling stage, to minimize the amount of nose camber at the time of completing rolling by jointly using with other camber control within the range of these restrictions. CONSTITUTION: In hot rolling in which a slab is heated in a heating furnace and a plate is manufactured by executing rough rolling and finish rolling, the amount of nose camber which is generated at the time of finish rolling is preliminarily determined based on operation data as a functional equation respectively taking difference between set temps. in upper and lower parts and residence time of the slab in the heating zone and soaking zone of the heating furnace as variables. About the rolled stock of an object, by applying the predetermined residence time of the slab in the heating furnace and target amount of nose camber to the functional equation, the respective difference between the set temps. in the upper and lower parts in the heating zone and soaking zone of the heating furnace is determined and set so that the amount of nose camber which is generated at the time of rolling becomes the target value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate adequate manufacture conditions by replacing manufacture conditions of an existent design instance with manufacture conditions of a stored candidate instance when the design instance is already present in an instance base and registering the stored candidate instance in the instanced base as a new design instance when the design instance is not present. SOLUTION: As for an industrial material manufactured by rolling, forging, extrusion, casting, etc. by using a request specification input part 1, request specifications that a requester sends out are inputted. The inputted request specifications are compared by a request specification matching part 3 with request specifications of design instances stored in the instance base 2. As the compared result, when the design instance is present in the instance base 2, a consistency decision part 7 replaces the manufacture conditions of the existent design instance with the manufacture conditions of the stored candidate instance and when the design instance is not present in the instance base 2, the stored candidate instance is registered as a new design instance in the instance base 2.
