摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the constructional jobs including the pipeline, wiring, etc., by opening the opening part formed at one of both ends of an atmospheric link pipe to a space room of a case together with the other end of the link pipe opened into the air, and forming an internal connection part where the equipments provided in the case are connected to those provided on the ground. CONSTITUTION:The high pressure gas supplied to a governor unit 16 from a gas supply source via a flow-in side valve 17 is reduced down to a medium or low level by the unit 16 and supplied to the gas demander side via a flow-out side valve 18. Meanwhile the atmospheric pressure is always kept in a space room 63 of a case 11 by an atmospheric link pipe 64. At the same time, the signals can be transferred between the equipments contained in the case 11 and those set on the ground via the internal pipeline and wiring of the pipe 64. As a result, a governor device can be installed even in a narrow space in a simple way together with its facilitated maintenance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a governor device which can be easily buried in the ground of narrow sidewalk, etc., with no interference caused to other buried objects just with a protective case provided on the ground together with the easy maintenance/inspection, the exchange, etc., of the governor units. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a watertight case 11 an inflow valve 17 which is connected to the inflow side of a gas pipeline 40 and an outflow valve 18 which is connected to the outflow side of a gas pipeline 42 are provided respectively. In addition, a governor unit 16 which is connected to both valves 17 and 18 via a pipeline and controls the pressure of the supplied gas to discharge the gas is provided together with a bypass pipe 45 including the bypass valves 46 and 47. In such constitution, the high pressure gas supplied to the unit 16 from a gas supply source via the valve 17 is reduced down to a medium or low pressure level by the unit 16 and supplied to the gas consumer side via the valve 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve both the workability and the safety by reducing the high pressure gas supplied to a governor unit from a gas supply source via a flow-in side valve down to a medium or low level by the governor unit and supplying this reduced gas to the demander side. CONSTITUTION:A flow-in side valve 17 which is connected to the flow-in side gas pipeline, a flow-out side valve 18 which is connected to the flow-out side of a gas pipeline 42, and a governor unit 16 which is connected to both valves 17 and 18 via a pipeline are provided in a watertight case 11 in an attachable/ detachable way. In such a constitution, the high pressure gas supplied to the unit 16 from a gas supply source via the valve 17 is reduced to a medium or low level by the unit 16 and supplied to the gas demander side. Thus such a governor device can be installed even in a narrow space in a simple way. Furthermore the maintenance of the device is facilitated together with improvement of its workability and safety.

The table 58 is made based on the relationship between the flow rate before compensation which is approximated by a straight line and the compensated flow rate using the flow rate before and after compensation at the time of examination flow rate and maximum flow rate.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an intelligent gas meter which prevents an insect and water from creeping into an equipment box by a method wherein a bush which comprises a lead-wire insertion and passage part and a fine ventilation hole is installed at a through hole which has been made in the sidewall of the equipment box. CONSTITUTION: An equipment box 40 is composed of a base 41 and of a cover 42. A pressure sensor 52 which has been insatlled at the lower end part of a mounting plate 50 at the base 41 senses a pressure inside a secondary-side flow passage 33. In addition, an acceleration seismographic device and a battery are mounted on a printed-circuit board 69 which is fixed to the base 41, and a connecting terminal 73 which is installed at the lower end part connects an external alarm or the like electrically. On the other hand, a front chamber 75 is formed at the corner part of the cover 42 by a partition wall 74, and the front chamber 75 communicates with the inside of the box 40 by means of a through hole 76. A bush 79 is mounted on, and attached to, a ring-shaped groove 78 which has been formed on the thick part of the wall 74, and a lead-wire insertion and passage part 81 is formed in its central thick part 79a so as to insert and pass a lead wire 80. In addition, many fine ventilation holes 83 for air introduction are made in a thin part 79b. Thereby, it is possible to prevent an insect and water from creeping, and the front chamber 75 and the inside of the box 40 can be ventilated.
