摘要： An absorbent article is described which comprises superposed backsheet (10), absorbent body (12) and topsheet (13) elements formed to a composite. The opposite longitudinal ends of the composite provide front and rear waistband portions (16,17) adapted to overlap each other upon encircling abdomen of the user. A primary fastening means (21,64) on the front and rear waistbands (16,17) is provided respectively, for releasably fastening the front and rear waistband portions (16,17) to each other in the encircling relationship. A separate secondary fastening means (62,63,66,67) is provided on the composite for fastening the article in a rolled or folded condition for disposal after use. The secondary fastening comprises tabs (62,63) projecting outwardly on the ends of the rear waistband (16). In order to provide a disposable article which is easy in design and easy in use, and which is able to securely seal a soiled absorbent article after use in a rolled or folded condition for disposal, it is proposed, the secondary fastening means further to comprise transverse slits (66,67) across a portion of each of the tabs (62,63). The slits (66,67) extend opposite each other in the respective tabs (62,63) whereby interengagement of the tabs (62,63) with each other at their slits (66,67) fastens the article for disposal.

摘要： The present invention relates to an applicator and method for cooling skin. The applicator includes a substrate and a skin cooling composition that is attached to the substrate. In some embodiments, the skin cooling composition includes water, alcohol, a surfactant and a water dispersible silicone. As used herein, a water dispersible silicone includes a water dispersible silicone and/or a water soluble silicone. In other embodiments, the skin cooling composition includes water, a cooling agent and a polymeric emulsifier. The method of cooling skin includes positioning an applicator near the skin where the applicator includes a substrate and a skin cooling composition as described herein that is attached to the substrate. The method further includes engaging the substrate with the skin to apply the skin cooling composition to the skin.
