Disclosed is the drainage device for a toilet bowl for discharging contents in a toilet bowl body regardless of water lever by installing an operating lever(12) to a bracket(11) to the side of a toilet bowl body(1) to be rotatable at the appointed angle, connecting a connecting member(13) and an elastic member(14) between the bracket and the operating lever to return the operating lever elastically to the initial state, connecting a primary link(15) and a secondary link(16) between the operating lever and an opening-and-closing device for opening and closing an outlet(1a) of the toilet bowl body, and connecting a connecting rod(17) between a water tank lever(2) and the operating lever to work together with the operating lever to rotate the water tank lever. The operating lever is composed of a primary connection(12a) connected with the primary link, a secondary connection(12b) connected with the connecting rod, a knob(12c) rotated by a user manually and two projections fitted with a stop pin of the bracket to rotate the operating lever at the appointed angle, and the opening-and-closing device is installed between the outlet and a drain outlet(1b) of the toilet bowl body to discharge the contents of the toilet bowl body to the outside according to the rotation of the secondary link and composed of a primary main body(21) fitted with a primary sealing adhered closely to the outlet of the toilet bowl body and a small-diameter pipe guiding the contents of the toilet bowl body, a secondary main body(22) provided with a thread and a partition plate, a third main body(23) fitted with a secondary sealing adhered closely to the drain outlet and an adjusting nut(24) coupled to the circumference of the secondary main body to adjust the insertion depth of the secondary main body.
