摘要： Provided is a method of controlling power of a downlink channel in a wireless communication system, the method including: transmitting at least one data to a user equipment; receiving feedback information for the data from the user equipment; and controlling downlink transmission power using the feedback information. It is possible to control the power without time delay and additional use of radio resources in a VoIP service which is responsible for satisfying a fixed transmission rate in real time. Moreover, it is possible to control the power without waste of control channels to perform PDCCH link adaptation.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a composition and functional food for preventing or treating diabetic complications, which contain, as an active ingredient, a n-butanol fraction obtained by successively fractionating Cassiae Semenextract. The n-butanol fraction, obtained by successively fractionating the Cassiae Semen extract, has a blood glucose lowering effect and significantly improves proteinuria and creatinine clearance (CCr). Also, it significantly increases or reduce many relevant factors, including VEGF mRNA, ET-I mRNA, ECE mRNA, TGF-ßl, type III collagen mRNA, a PKCa/ßll protein, an eNOS protein, a type IV collagen protein, an AGE protein, a RAGE protein, etc., which are abnormally expressed in the kidneys due to chronic diabetes and appear on the onset of diabetic complications caused by chronic hyperglycemia. Accordingly, the disclosed n-butanol fraction, obtained by successively fractionating the Cassiae Semen extract, may be used in compositions and functional foods for the prevention or treatment of diabetic complications.
