    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid content from sticking to the top wall of an unsealing type cap and being retained thereon, by extending at least one end of the unsealing part which can be removed by tearing a thin breaking line, to the inner wall of a pouring-out cylinder and extending the inclined face reaching the inner wall of the container from one end of the unsealing part. SOLUTION: In an unsealing type intermediate cap 20, a pouringout cylinder 22 is erected from the top wall disk 21 to form a trumpet-shape and a basal part 23 is provided to become wide outward from the middle of the pouring-out cylinder 22. And a spiral cylinder 24 is extended down from the basal part 23. A fitting cylinder 26 is further extended down below the spiral cylinder 24. A fitting cylinder 28 is stretched down from the receive face 27 provided between the spiral cylinder 24 and the fitting cylinder 26. And further, an inclined rib 29 is provided between the fitting cylinder 26 and the underface of the top wall 21 and the rib top 29a (inclined face) is arranged to reach the inner wall 10a of the container 10. A thin breaking line 33 is provided at the underface of the top wall 21. The breaking line is torn by pulling a pull-ring 34 provided above the breaking line 33 to remove the unsealing part 36 surrounded by the breaking line 33.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from shorting and/or dropping, which adhere to a mouth edge, etc., of a bottle at the time of discharging the content liquid and which cause stains at the mouth edge, etc., thereof, by providing a trumpet-shaped thin-wall extension part wherein the wall thickness of a periphery of an outlet of a liquid packaging bottle is made gradually thin in outward and upward directions, and forming a baked film of a silicone oil on the inner and outer peripheral walls of the extension part. SOLUTION: A trumpet-shaped thin-wall extension part 3 is provided, wherein the wall thickness of a periphery of an outlet 2 of a liquid packaging bottle 1 is made gradually thin in outward and upward directions, and a baked film 4 of a silicone oil is formed on the inner and outer peripheral walls of the extension part 3. As a material for the liquid packaging bottle, glass and the like may be included. As a means for forming the baked film 4 of the silicone oil on the inner and outer peripheral walls of the trumpet-shaped thin-wall extension part 3, a silicone oil having a concentration of at least 20% is applied to a mouth of a bottle after the mouth of the bottle is preheated, and heat treatment is performed at 700-1,200 deg.C for 2-10 seconds to bake the silicone oil to the mouth. By this method, the substantial occurrence of liquid shortage and liquid dropping can be eliminated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid in an inner bag from surging, and to prevent pinholes from being made to the inner bag because of repeated bending and rubbing by a method wherein the upper part of the inner bag of a bag-in-box is pressed with a pressing plate that follows lowering of liquid level that occurs, following swelling of the bag at its trunk. SOLUTION: A pressing plate 6 serving as a lid is mounted directly on the upper part of an inner bag 2, and a pressing member 7 is laid on top of the pressing plate, and the upper part of the pressing member 7 is bound crosswise with a band 8 and fixation is made therewith. Springs 9 are fixed on four positions at the underside of the pressing member 7, and the pressing plate 6 presses the inner bag 2 with force of the springs 9. Effective range of the spring 9 is set at an extent larger than the distance of lowering of the level of the liquid that occurs when the bag swells at its trunk. As the pressing plate 6 constantly presses the inner bag 2 with expansion of the springs 9 even though the level of the liquid is lowered with the bag swelled at its trunk during transportation, a vacant space is not produced in the bag-in-box, preventing the liquid from surging during transportation. Furthermore, pinholes that are liable to be produced by repeated bending or rubbing on contacting with a corrugated board box can be prevented, resulting in prevention of bag breaking.
