摘要： PURPOSE:To grasp the time of counter-flow generation accurately and quickly, perform automatic gate and pump operations properly and safely, and perform a high efficiency operation in which natural discharge and pump discharge are combined. CONSTITUTION:The inside water level in the sub-stream, the outside water level in the river concerned, and the sub-stream inflowing velocity to the river are measured, and possible counter-flow is judged by the difference in the water level between the outside and inside, in case river gates G1-G5 are shut, and by the flow velocity in case they are left open. If there is a counter-flow, the gates are shut, and the inside water is discharged to the river by pumps P1, P2, and if no counter-flow, they are opened to make natural discharging. In case judgement is no counter-flow and the flow velocity lies within a slow range, the gates are opened and also the pumps P1, P2 are driven so that a combination discharge takes place with natural and pump discharging.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress air suction vortex in a pump suction port and underwater vortex, and downsize a suction water tank by attaching a suction water passage composed of a horizontal and cylindrical water close passage having an intake port opened to a horizontal direction and a connecting port opened to an upper direction so as to communicate the connecting port with a pump suction port. SOLUTION: A drainage pump 1 as a vertical pump is used providing on a suction water tank 2 of a drainage pump field, and is provided with an impeller 4 attached on a lower end of a pump shaft 3 which is drivingly rotated and a barrel 5 for storing the pump shaft 3. Furthermore, it is provided with a diffuser casing 7 which is attached on a lower end of the barrel 5 and which is provided with a diffuser 6 on an inner surface, and an impeller casing 9 which is attached on the lower end of the diffuser casing 7 and for enclosing the impeller 4. A steel plate made suction water passage 11 composed of a horizontal and cylindrical water closing passage provided with an intake 14 on a side direction is connected to a pump suction port 10 of the impeller casing 9 through a connecting pipe 13. It is thus possible to set a pump operation minimum water level in a lower level.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process, by forming an inducer blade arranged before a main impeller, in a substantially sector shape flat plate form having a flat blade surface. CONSTITUTION:An inducer shaft 4 having inducer blades 3 is screwed onto the hub shaft 2 of a main impeller 1. Each inducer blade 3 has a substantially sector shape lay-out flat plate, and is attached to the inducer shaft 4 such that reference line S passing through the pivotal point O of the sector shape is held to be orthogonal to the center axis of the inducer shaft 4, and the blade surface thereof is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the center axis of the inducer shaft 4. Accordingly the necessity of a three-dimensional machining process is eliminated, and further conventional processes such as die forming process, press-working process and the like may be eliminated.
