Further, the tongue-like pieces 5 of the first sleeve 1 are made into contact with cut grooves in the second sleeve 2, and the rear end of a first sleeve is made into contact with the front end of the pipe 15 with a gap smaller than that of the first sleeve 1. With this arrangement, the tongue-like pieces 6 of the second sleeve 6 at first buckles due to strong push-out, and then the tongue-like pieces 5 buckle between the adjacent tongue-like pieces 6, 6 so as to widen the hole, thereby it is possible to pulverize earth.

Reinforcing bars for the foundation body 2 are set and the basal ends 17 of each foundation reinforcing material 3 are fixed to the reinforcing bars. Concrete is then paced for the foundation 2 to form the foundation body 1.
