摘要： PURPOSE:To finish the upper surface of formed polyurethane foam into almost flat state by a method in which in the foaming space enclosed by each support composed of two layer release paper and positioned on the belt conveyer moving at a prescribed speed, the foaming surface of polyurethane resin raw material is loaded with the support for upper part in a stepped maner, and in this contact state said materials are delivered. CONSTITUTION:As the support 1 for bottom part, the support 2 for upper part and the supports 3, 3' for side parts for constructing the foaming space of urethane resin, two layer release paper in which the plastic film (b) such as polyethylene is stuck releasably and temporarily onto the surface of paper (a) such as craft paper is respectively used, whereby the foaming space with a prescribed length is formed. In the stage where the foaming space moves on a belt conveyer at a prescribed speed, polyurethane resin raw material M cast on the support 2 for bottom part, is foamed and cured. When the supports are separated, since the plastic film (b) has been adhered to the surface of the polyurethane foam, only the paper (a) may be separated with small separating force in the taking up thereof. Since the entire foamed surface is loaded in a stepped maner to be attached, the upper surface of the polyurethane foam is also finished into almost flat state.
