摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an artificial error from occurrence by a method wherein when a starting point of a mold is fixed, the starting point is stored in a memory part for operating a program of a molding press under a freely output condition and when the mold is exchanged, setting of the starting point is collated with the stored starting point to produce an alarm. CONSTITUTION:A plastic material 10 is press-molded by a method wherein a slide 5 and a bed 6 are each positioned and a plastic material 12 such as a sheet-like material is placed between a top mold 11 and a bottom mold 9 and the slide 5 is moved slidingly toward the bed 6 part by actuating a pressure cylinder 3 being placed in a crown 2 part. In this case, when a starting point of a mold 8 is fixed, the condition of the slide 5 is detected by means of a position detecting device 13 under a condition where an actual load is applied on the slide 5 by means of the pressure cylinder 3 and the result of detection is stored in accordance with the number of the mold in the memory part of a control apparatus 12. Then, when press molding is performed, setting of the starting point of the mold 8 is displayed and on the other hand, it is compared with the stored starting point and when they does not coincide with each other, an alarm etc., is output.
