摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve quick working and improvement in grade judging accuracy by quickly cooling slag, forming small particles, forming water granulated slag, and automating the measurements of hue, content of metal and the like. CONSTITUTION:Slurry is collected into a sampling box 6 through a sampling valve 4 from a distributing tank. Thereafter, the slurry is moved into each stage. At first, cooling water is made to flow through a cooling valve 8. The slurry in the box 6 is smoothed with a smoothing plate 8. A surface layer part 11 is flattened with a roller 10. Then, the box 6 is moved into a dark chamber. The brightness of the surface layer part 11 is measured with a CCD camera 12. The result is classified into 4 stages. Thereafter, the rate of content of metal particles is measured. Namely, The changing mode of the magnetic flux which is generated from a primary coil through passage of the slurry is detected with a search coil 14. The contents of iron and non-ferrous metals are found from a conversion table. The grades of the slags are jduged based on the data. After the end of the measurement, the box 6 is inverted, cleaned and further returned to the standby state for new working.

The controller 12 controls the flow rate control valve 3 and the pressure-controlling device 1 according to the arithmetic results, and the signals of the flow meter 2 and the pressure meter 4 for the cooling water. Thus, the quality of the slag is stabilized and the power cost is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently and inexpensively dehydrate a granulated slag slurry by water-sealing a dehydration pipeline of a dehydration tank at a position lower than the tank to utilize the negative pressure generated in a separated water passage when the slurry is stored in the tank provided with a dehydration screen at its lower part and dehydrated by gravity. CONSTITUTION:The dehydration screen 3 is provided at the lower part of the dehydration tank, and the dehydration pipeline 15 is water-sealed by a water- sealing tank 7 at a position lower than the bottom of the dehydration tank. The dehydration capacity of the dehydration pipeline 15 and dehydration screen 3 is made higher than the filtration capacity of a granulated slag bed 4 in the tank. A dehydration valve 5 provided to the pipeline 15 is closed, the granulated slag slurry 1 is injected into the dehydration tank, and the granulated slag 4 is settled and stored on the whole surface of the screen 3. The dehydration valve 5 is then opened, and the slurry is gravity-dehydrated by utilizing the filtering function of the granulated slag bed 4 and further efficiently dehydrated by utilizing the negative pressure in the separated water passage 6.

When the measured moisture content exceeds the prescribed range, the gas flow-rate control valve 5 is automatically adjusted to increase the fuel gas flow-rate supplied to the burner 6, and when this content is under the prescribed range, the fuel gas flow-rate is reduced to recover the moisture content in the sintering raw material 15 to the prescribed range.
