摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discharge earth and sand by providing a plurality of excavation plates partitioning an opening in the opening at a tip of a hollow cylindrical body incorporating an impact machine. SOLUTION: This excavator 10 is provided with a hollow cylindrical body 11, and an excavation plate 14 is provided in an opening part at a tip thereof. A hard metal 18 is provided at a front end of the excavation plate 14, and an impact machine 21 is fixed therein. The impact machine 21 is provided with a pressure air or pressure oil supply pipe 22, consists of an impact ram for pressure air motion or hydraulic motion, and is an impact generator like circular column having a small diameter. The excavation plate 14 and the hard metal 18 attached to it bite into the ground due to the operation of the impact machine 21 to dig the ground in the direction of arrow mark 20 along an excavation scheduled line. The hollow cylindrical body 11 is provided with an earth and sand stirring chamber 30 stirring digged earth and sand. A digged earth discharge pipe 41 discharges stirred and digged earth backward. A vacuum suction device is connected to the ground surface side of the digged earth discharge pipe 41. Consequently, it is possible to divide an excavation cross section into many parts for digging and discharge earth easily so that excavation efficiency is improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a new tube by connecting the new tube to a hollow cylinder including a hitting machine via a shock absorber, pressing an existing tube by means of the hitting machine for excavating forward, and at the same time, expanding the hole by means of a tip member for pushing and removing the existing tube outward. SOLUTION: While a hollow cylinder 10 is pulled by means of a towing device via a towing medium 25 passed through an existing tube 30, a tip member 12 is arranged in the tip aperture part of a hollow casing 11, and a hitting machine 21 is fixed inside the tip member 12. When compressed air is supplied through a compressed air tube 44 for actuating the hitting machine 21, the tip member 12 bites inside the ground and excavates the ground in the direction shown by an arrow 20 along the existing tube 30, and at the same time, the existing tube 30 is pushed out and a new tube 50 is installed. The excavated sand is discharged backward via an excavated sand discharging tube 41. Jet water is jetted into the hollow cylinder 10 via a water supply tube 42 so as to easily excavate and discharge the sand. In this way, the existing tube buried underground can be replaced without digging a trench for exposing it.

Furthermore, in a repair ground point the tightening of the large-sized member 2 is released to be fitted to the circumference of the tunnel, after the small-sized member 3 is arranged, the joints of both the members 2, 3 are joined by welding, and the inner wall of the tunnel is repaired. 摘要： According to the present invention, a double wall pipe for propulsion, which is constructed such that an inner pipe and an outer pipe are relatively movable with each other in the longitudinal direction, is provided and a propulsive force is acted only on the outer pipe. 摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the diameter of a pipe, by providing a delivery pipe having elastic closing rings at both sides of a delivery hole and inserting or pulling out the delivery pipe to open or close a slide shutter, in a grout pipe having a discharge hole feeding a back-filling material. CONSTITUTION:A delivery pipe 1 is shifted by winding up a wire 5 to the rear side of thrusting direction and elastic closing rings 1b thereof are arranged at the position where the feeding hole 3a of a grout pipe 3 is put between the rings 1b. A slide shutter 7 is slid to the right by the elastic closing ring 1b in accordance with the shifting movement. Then feeding hole 3a is opened and concrete is delivered from a delivery hole 1a through a connection pipe 13 to reach an outflow hole of an external pipe from the feeding hole 3a of grout pipe 3 through a connection pipe 11. And further, the concrete flows from the outflow hole to cover the circumference of an embedded double tube for back-filling of the tube. When winding up the wire 5 further, the delivery pipe 1 is moved to the right and arranged at the position corresponding to another connection pipe 11. Again concrete is delivered for back-filling of the embedded double-tube at another position.

And the flattened pipe 1 is put on a truck 3 having a low height, which is carried into an embedded pipe 5 having been laid underground from the rear end 5b thereof and passed through the pipe 5 to the forward end 5a thereof, following which the direction of the pipe 1 is changed so that it communicates with the pipe 5, while the jacks 2a, 2b are loosened, and the pipe 1 is connected to the forward end 5a of the pipe 5 by means of mechanical joint or the like. Thus no segments are required to constitute a short pipe so that working efficiency can be improved.

The reinforcing rung 4b or the adapter pipe contacts the front end of the main pipe 3b via a rubber plate 4c to position the main pipe 3b and prevent the main pipe 3b from entering into the dummy pipe 1. Next, the double-tube 3 is pushed from a shaft 2 and after it has reached another shaft 2, the dummy pipe 1 and the adapter pipe 4 are removed from the double- tube 3. The reinforcing ring 45 prevents the adapter pipe 4 from buckling and decides the position of the main pipe 3b and serves as a stopper to fix the main pipe besides.

Concrete or the like is filled the gap of the inner steel pipe 3 and the outer steel pipe 2 from one end of the attached piping 4 so as to fix both, and the connecting part is sealed with a rubber ring 9.

Next, in order to thrust a double-tube 4 from the side wall opposite the side wall 1a into the ground, receiving the reaction force on the support wall 3, after breakage of the support wall 3, the double-tube 4 is thrusted from the side wall into the ground. After completion of the insertion, the protection pipe 2 is removed from the double-tube 4 and connected to the double-tube 4 thrust from the opposite side wall thereto.
