The inert gas, such as Ar, is interposed among the flux particles by sufficiently mixing the particles in the inert gaseous atmosphere. An interference effect is then exhibited and the fluidity is improved. The stabilization of the flux filling is attained in this way and the flux for the flux cored wire with which arcs are extremely stabilized is thus obtd.
