摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent easily a clad steel from a cambered deformation generating at the time of air cooling, by providing a bending deformation as much as an estimated amount of camber to a clad steel plate in a state of high temperature after hot rolling, etc. to the direction reverse to a cambered deformation generating at the time of air cooling. CONSTITUTION:A cambered deformation of a clad steel plate generating at the time of air cooling is straightened by providing an amount of deformatin, corresponding approximately to an estimated amount of camber generating at the time of cooling, to the clad steel plate, in a state of high temperature directly after a heat treatment such as a hot rolling or a solid solution treatment, to the direction reverse to the camber caused by the difference of the amount of heat shrinkage generating at the time of cooling between a base material and a plate to be clad. The amount of camber caused by the difference in said heat shrinkage can be estimated from the diffeence of heat shrinkage between the base material and the material to be clad, and the amount of bending deformation is calculated by adding further an amount of spring back to said estimated amount of camber, and successively the steel plate is bent in a state of low deformation resistance due to high temperature by applying a weight which provides a bending moment required to eliminate the calculated amount of bending deformation.
