    • PURPOSE:To lessen deterioration of magnetic characteristics due to oxidation even if it is in hot and humid place in bad surroundings by sandwiching both faces of a plate magnetic body formed of resin and magnetic powder composed of rare earth elements, transition metal elements and boron between metallic thin films or resin films on which surface treatment is performed. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder 2 composed of rare earth elements, transition metal elements and boron is made to crush to pieces, for instance, magnet alloy ingots melted in vacuum or inactive surroundings or ribbons which are obtained by jetting melting after high frequency dissolution on a rotating roller surface. And metal or film-shaped organic polymer resin 1 on which surface preparation such as chromate treatment is performed is bonded on the surface of a magnet body formed into a plate-shaped after the magnetic powder and resin are kneaded. The thickness of metal or film-shaped resin is suitable for 0.5mm or less. The material of metal sheets is also suitable for A1 and non-magnetic steel plates and the like in order that the disturbance of line of magnetic force is lessened. The film-shaped resin is suitable for polypropylene, polyethylene and the like of low water absorption. Polyamide resin is used as one kneaded with the magnetic powder.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite which is low in loss and has a high saturated magnetic flux density and the loss, of which has low temperature dependence over a relatively wide frequency band of about 100 kHz to about 500 kHz. SOLUTION: A ferrite contains 0.0050-0.0500 wt.% SiO2 and 0.0200-0.2000 wt.% CaO as accessory ingredients in addition to basic ingredient composed of 52-56 mol% Fe2O3, 6-14 mol% ZnO, 4 mol% NiO or lower, 0.01-0.6 mol% CoO, and a balance of substantially MnO. The ferrite also contains at least one kind of molecule selected from among Ta2O5, ZrO2, Nb2O5, V2O5, K2O, TiO2, SnO2, and HfO2 as accessory ingredients. Each component of the ferrite is selected, so that the temperature at which the loss measured by means of an AC BH tracer under the measurement conditions of 100 kHz frequency and 200 mT maximum magnetic flux density becomes minimum to within the range of 50-85 deg.C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an Mn-Ni-based ferrite material whose loss is low at a specific high frequency or higher, whose sintered density is high and whose strength is high by a method wherein Fe2 O3 and NiO are contained as well as SiO2 and CaO as well as one or both at of K2 O and Na2 O3 in a total specific wt.% are contained as the remainder in a fundamental component composed substantially of MnO. SOLUTION: In a composition, 55 to 68 mol.% of Fe2 O3 and 0.5 to 11 mol.% of NiO are contained as well as 0.02 to 0.10 wt.% of SiO2 and 0.03 to 0.30 wt.% of CaO as well as one or both out of K2 O and Na2 O in a total of 0.01 to 0.20 wt.% are contained as the remainder in a fundamental composition composed substantially of MnO. Fe2 O3 , NiO and MnO in the above quantities are compounded so as to be wet-mixed and then dried. SiO2 , CaO and K2 O in the above quantities are added to a temporarily baked power obtained by baking their mixture in an air atmosphere temporarily. This mixture is pulverized so as to be dried. Then, a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is added to this powder, and a granulated powder is then formed to be a ring shape so as to be fired in a gas which suppresses an oxygen partial pressure and in which nitrogen in mixed with air.
