    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mounting tool capable of improving the mounting position accuracy of a hinge on a mounting surface of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A hinge mounting tool 1 includes: a tool body which is positioned and mounted to a vehicle body 4; and a hinge holding part 3 provided at the tool body and holding a hinge 5. The hinge holding part 3 includes a holding mechanism 40 which holds the hinge 5 freely to move forward and backward to/from the mounting surface of the vehicle body 4. As a result, when the tool body is positioned to a predetermined position and mounted thereto, a first wall 10 of a vehicle body mounting part 8 of the hinge 5 is adhered to the mounting surface of the vehicle body. The mounting position accuracy of the hinge 5 on the mounting surface of the vehicle body can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of additional parts for working out the original position by correcting the original position of an welding gun actuator based on the abrasion volume of both electrodes. The abrasion volume of one electrode is calculated by a driving position of a welding robot, and the abrasion volume of the other electrode is calculated by a driving position of the welding gun actuator. SOLUTION: One electrode 41 is pressed to a reference abutting portion 10 by driving a welding robot 2, and the abrasion volume δ1 of the pressed electrode 41 is obtained by the comparison with an electrode position in a non- abrasive state. A pair of electrodes 41 , 4u are touched and abutted to each other by driving a welding gun actuator 5. The total sum δ1 of the abrasion volume of a pair of the electrodes 41 , 4u is obtained from the difference between the present electrode contact position and the electrode contact position before abrasion of the welding gun actuator 5, and the abrasion volume δu of the other electrode 4u is obtained by subtracting δ1 horn δ1 . The original position of the welding gun actuator 5 is corrected based on the original position X0 δ1 , and δu after the electrode abrasion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding equipment small in restriction to the movement, etc., of a welding tip by providing an actuator which is provided with a rotor to be relatively rotated to a stator, and provided with a stator side tip and a rotor side tip on the same circumference relative to the axis. SOLUTION: A welding gun to be supported by a robot 12 is provided with an actuator and a welding tip 14. The actuator is provided with a stator 16 with common axis and a rotor 17 which is relatively rotatable to the stator 16. The stator 16 is provided with a stator side welding tip 14 and the rotor 17 is provided with the rotor side welding tip 14, and both tips are located on the same circumference around the axis in an approaching/separating manner. The rotational angle of the rotor 17 and the stator 16 is controlled through the rotational angle control of a servo motor and a robot by a robot controller. The welding tip 14 can be opened/closed in the rotational direction, and the restriction to the movement of the welding tip and to the shape and dimensions of the welding gun can be reduced without interference with a work to be welded.
