摘要： PURPOSE: To move trucks easily between beams by a method wherein a set of the trucks are placed and fixed onto a pair of the beams, specified operation is conducted, a set of other travelling rails are sent out forwards, and the trucks are moved onto the travelling rails and fixed. CONSTITUTION: Traversing wheels 3' for the outer rails 4 of a truck 1 are placed on a pair of beams 8, 8', and the outer rails 4 are fixed onto the beams 8, 8'. The travel device 3 of the outer rails 4 of the truck 1 is driven in movement in the X direction, and made to travel on the forward beam 8' in the travelling direction of the truck 1, and the truck 1 is fixed onto the beam 8' by a truck fixing device. The mounting operation of an upper beam onto a column 13 and ancillary operation are performed on a working stage 11 by using a lifter 10, and a truck-rail lifting device is driven after operation and inner rails 5 are elevated. When the truck 1 is shifted in the direction orthogonal to a travelling rail 6, the truck 1 is moved along a pair of the beams 8, 8' by the traversing wheels 3', and the travelling rail 6 is sent out forwards. Accordingly, operation can be executed easily without employing a temporary scaffolding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out works at a high level, by extending and laying a traveling rant on a beam or true traveling direction to travel a working carrier after another traveling rail has been laid down on beams to work from the working carrier and containing the existing rails. CONSTITUTION:A working carrier 1 is lowered on a beam 8 and an external rail 4 is fixed. A traveling device is driven to get to the position of the beam 8 of the front side of the traveling direction and then it is fixed at the beam 8. Next, the beam 8 is fitted to a column 30 on time working base 12 by use of a lifter 11. A rail lifter 7 of an internal rail 5 is driven to raise the rail and a traveling device is driven to move forward the internal rail 5. When it reaches the front beam 8, it stops and the rail lifter of the internal rail 5 is driven to lower the internal rail 5. Next, a fixing device of the carrier 1 is released and all traveling devices are driven to advance the carrier 1. In this way, the rail has been fixed at a specified position, a set of rails already installed are contained in the carrier. The fitting work of beams above the fixed beam can be carried out while transferring without use of temporary scaffolds.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of measurement by mounting an encoder measuring the length of a detecting wire delivered when an excavator vertically digs successively, a laser displacement sensor detecting displacement from the vertical place of the wire and a computer processing these data. CONSTITUTION: A detecting wire 2 fitted to an excavator 1 is delivered in the progressive direction of the excavator 1 while the delivery length of the wire 2 is measured by an encoder 5. When the excavator 1 is displaced from a vertical place, the wire 2 is displaced in proportional to the quantity of displacement. Since places, where the wire 2 shields the luminous flux of laser displacement sensors 7, are changed at that time, the quantity of displacement in a horizontal surface of the wire 2 and the directions are measured. Verticality is arithmetically operated by a computer 8 from the quantity of the delivery of the wire 2 measured by the encoder 5 and quantity of displacement measured by the sensors 7, and the result of arithmetic operation is transmitted to the direction controller of the excavator 1. Accordingly, the accuracy of measurement can be improved without being subject to the effect of the vibrations, etc., of the excavator.
