摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for a steel shell joint for use in an outer shell antecedently constructed tunneling method which dispenses with loosening of the plate after fastening of the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a plate for a steel shell joint for use in an outer shell antecedently constructed tunneling method, which is connected to a coupling portion of a steel shell adjacent to the steel shell concerned, in order to couple the adjacent steel shells each forming a unit tunnel, via a hemispherical washers, joint bolts, and nuts, to each other. To this end, the plate has a plurality of concave hemispherical washer bearers and a plurality of frusto- conical bolt holes each having a small diameter on the washer bearer side and opens on the bottom of the washer bearer. In this plate, the hardness of the washer bearer is made different from the hardness of the washer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformize molten metal temp. by constituting a tundish in a horizontal continuous casting equipment with a first slender storing part and a second storing part set on the way position of this longitudinal direction as T-shape with the first storing part. CONSTITUTION:The first slender storing part 1 and the second storing part 2 connected on the way position of the longitudinal direction, are set as almost T-shape in the horizontal plane to constitute the tundish. The molten metal from a ladle is poured with pouring position 2a in the second storing part 2 at near the first storing part 1 and one pair of nozzles 5, 6 for connecting with the mold in the first storing part 1 at both sides to the second storing part 2. By this method, gas and non-metallic inclusion in the molten metal are floated up and constitution of the tundish is simplified and the molten metal temp. can be uniformized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent fault from developing by coupling the mutual levers through a variable length rod while pushing the upper stage layer only when closing the lower stage lever. CONSTITUTION:A lever 2 is formed while bending by predetermined angle then supported rotatably whioe a weight 3 is provided at one end of the lever 2 to produce the rotary force in opening direction of lever. The upper and lower stage arms 11 are coupled through a variable length rod 4 such that they are free in the opening direction of the lever 2 but produce the rotary force only in the closing direction, thereby the upper and the lower levers are never coupled but independent thus to prevent developing of fault. Furthermore, the lever will open/close vertically to save the space and to reduce the fault through simple structure.
