摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional slurry type shield machine that it is difficult for a worker to perform a maintenance work such as replacement of a sensor in an air chamber under compression, and the mud content of slurry prevents the stable use of a level sensor for a long period. SOLUTION: Slurry is introduced to an air chamber 7 provided on the shield body side of a cutter chamber 4 to form a slurry layer 21, and an air layer 20 is formed on the upper part of the slurry layer 21. A sensor mounting body 24 communicating with the air layer 20 and the slurry layer 21 from the shield body inside is provided on the shield body side of the air chamber 7. The air chamber side communicating with the slurry layer 21 of the sensor mounting body 24 is formed with a downward inclination, and a sensor body 33 for detecting the level in the sensor mounting body 24 is provided on the sensor mounting body 24, so that a stable level detection can be performed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the difficulty of stably holding a natural ground because of the difficult structure for absorbing the natural ground-side pressure fluctuation. SOLUTION: An air chamber 7 partitioned from a cutter chamber 4 by a partition wall 8 is provided on the body side of the cutter chamber 4, and an air inlet 12 for introducing air of a prescribed pressure from a shield body 2 side to form an air layer 39 is provided on the upper part of the air chamber 7. The cutter chamber 4 comprises a slurry feed pipe 5 for introducing slurry from the shield body 2 side and a slurry discharge pipe 6 provided on the lower part. The air chamber 7 comprises a chamber port 27 for introducing the slurry from the cutter chamber 4 to form a slurry layer 40, which is provided on the lower part. The lower part of the air chamber 7 is formed into an inclined surface inclined down toward the chamber port 27, so that a stable slurry discharge and the moderation of pressure fluctuation on working face side can be realized.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method for an underground structure which efficiently safely cuts a large-sized diameter pile and a concrete structure that exist in water as the foundation of a bridge and other large-sized buildings in a river and on the sea, and also to provide a cutting device used for the same.
SOLUTION: The inside of an underwater pile 3 is core-hollowed in advance, and a cutting part 7 is inserted therein. The cutting part 7 is rotated in the pile by a rotating device 23. A nozzle for abrasive jet cutting is arranged at the cutting part 7 and cuts the underwater pile 3 while rotating in the pile. Pressure in the pile 5 is kept to be not lower than outer hydrostatic pressure in a cutting position. An underwater camera is arranged in the cutting part and a cutting state can be grasped.
