摘要： An anchor-bonded composite plate is produced by forcing anchor parts (6) of a cladding plate (2) into corresponding anchor cavities (5, 5a) with overhanging lips in a base plate (1) with sufficient force to plasticly deform the anchor parts and cause the same to fill the anchor cavities, thereby forming a positively locked anchor bond (7). The cladding plate (2) and the base plate (1) may be made of an aluminum alloy and a hard steel, respectively. The composite plate (8, 8a, 8b, 8c) thus produced is applicable as a reaction plate for a linear motor vehicle and as tank material of an LNG tanker.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bond joining plate body having large joining force by forming recessed part paving over hang parts at both sides of a groove drilled on a base plate, forcibly pressing an anchor part of a matching plate in this recesses plate and plastically deforming it. SOLUTION: An anchor recessed part drilled with vertical grooves and lateral grooves with a fine width of crossing by a right angle to the above on a base plate 1 is formed, and a recessed part 5 of a mountain shape over hang like along the longitudinal direction is formed on the bottom part of a neck part 1' of the anchor recessed part of the vertical groove. A grid like anchor 6 corresponding to the anchor recessed part of the base plate 1 is formed like a projection by one body on the down face of the matching plate 2. The anchor part 6 of the matching plate 2 is positioned at the anchor recessed part, both are pressed relatively, each anchor 6 of the matching plate 2 is entered in the corresponding anchor recessed part of the base plate 1, it is deformed plastically and it is bitten in. The base plate 1 and the matching plate 2 are joined into one body by engaging them by fitting engagement, and the plate body 8 of a joined body with the anchor bond is formed.

The clad plate 2 is positioned in the anchor recessed parts 3, 4... of the base plate 1 by its anchors 6, 6... and both of them are pressed, and each anchor 6 of the clad plate 2 goes into the anchor recessed parts 3, 4... of the corresponding substrate 1 and is brought to plastic deformation, fitted and engaged, and the substrate 1 and the clad plate 2 are engaged integrally.
