CONSTITUTION:An operation history recording means 1 records a past operation history of a plurality of soot blowers installed in a blower. A contamination degree deciding means 2 decides whether a temperature difference of inner and outer walls of a furnace metal is out of a specified value or not, and a function recorder 3 records the number of cases decided as out of the specified value, a furnace heat recovery rate, unburnt component concentration in ash and membership function for a load. A fuzzy inference means 4 infers and outputs an injection time interval of the blowers based on a grade value of the recording function. A priority order of the blowers to be injected is decided by an infection position deciding means 5 in response to a temperature difference measuring position of the metal decided as out of the specified value by the means 2 and the recording operation history.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the transient rise in nitrogen oxide of the exhaust gas by changing forcibly the ratio of the combustion air in two stages for a certain time at the time of starting or stopping a coal pulverizing machine or at the time of changing the grain size of the pulverized coal. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate (TS flow rate) of the combustion air in the second stage is measured by a sensor 1 and its output is compared with a set value by a comparator 2 and the deviation is calculated by a proportional integrator 3 and it is supplied to a damper 4 as an operation value by the TS flow rate control. The set value is given through a change rate limiting device 8 after the TS flow rate set value is corrected by a correction section 7 given by a function generator 6 based on the whole air flow rate instruction value from an instruction section 5 is corrected by a correction section 7. The correction data supplied to the correction section 7 is the data given by correcting the set value outputted from a TS ratio setting section 9 by a correction section 10, and, for example, the starting and stopping of four coal pulverizing machines are detected by a detector 12 and they are generated from a function generator 13. And, an increase or decrease in change-overs of the coal pulverizing machine is detected by a detector and a correction data is generated from a function generator 16. A balance between the air and coal is maintained and a rise in the concentration of NOx is suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the frequency ripple of a power system by analyzing the spectrums of the frequency of the power system so as to forecast the ripple of frequency, and controlling the flow rate of the feed water to a boiler, the quantity of fed fuel, etc., based on the forecast results, and maintaining the main steam pressure of the boiler at a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 1 measures the main steam pressure of a boiler. The output is compared with the pressure set value being created in a function generator 3 based on the command value from a director 2. The deviation is operated in a porportioner and integrator 5 and is supplied to a compensator 6. The compensator 6 compensates the signal outputted from the proportioner and integrator 5 with the command value from the director 2 and the feed water compensating signal from a boiler controller 8, and outputs it to the boiler controller as a feed water flow control signal FE. The boiler controller 8 analyses the spectrums of the frequency F of the power system for a certain period. The ripple of the system load is forecast from the analysis results, and in case that the ripple is forecast to be fierce, or in case that the reverse is forecast, the setting of each parameter of the control signal generation system is changed.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to minimize an installation space for an ash treatment device by determining an exhaust hopper and exhaust time so that ashes in a plurality of hoppers may not exceed a storage limit value at an identical timing and exhausting the ashes from the hoppers. CONSTITUTION:An in-flow rate measurement means 1 measures the quantity of ash flows in each hopper while an ash quantity computation means 2 computes the quantity of ash in each hopper based on the quantity of in-flow ash measured after a specified time. An exhaust hopper determination means 3 determines a hopper which exhausts the ash at a present point of time and exhaust time, preventing the quantity of ash from exceeding a storage limit value at an identical timing. A timing check means 4 clocks a determined exhaust time and repeats, An exhaust control means 5 transmits an exhaust command to a determined hopper and transmits an exhaust end command after having received the end of time check by the time check means 4. This construction makes it possible to exhaust the ash in each of the hoppers without increasing the volume of the hoppers and to mininize an installation space required for an ash treatment device.

CONSTITUTION:The main steam pressure of a boiler is measured by a sensor 1, and it is compared with a set pressure value generated in a function generating device 3 by means of a comparator 4. Its deviation is calculated by a proportional integration device 5 and is supplied to a correction device 6. In the correction device 6 the signal from the integration device 5 is corrected by the set supply water value that is formed in the function generating device 7 and the signal regarding the supply water from a boiler acceleration signal forming device 8 and it is outputted as a set supply water volume control signal FE. The boiler acceleration signal forming device 8 keeps in memory the output instruction value from a central instruction station for a certain time and corrects the acceleration signal based on the average value of the variations in (n) times in the past. And the signals regarding the supply water are supplied to the correction device 6 and the signals regarding the fuel are supplied to a correction device 10.

    • PURPOSE:To control variation in the steam pressure and steam temperature against load variation to operate the boiler always in the most suitable conditions by controlling the flow rate of a part of the exhaust gas that is recirculated to the furnace by fuzzy inference to control variation in the steam pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control section 10 is provided with an evaluation section 20 which evaluates respective data qualitatively by the corresponding membership functions and a control section 21 which specifies control rule of how to control an output under certain conditions. The control section 10 is provided, further, with a fuzzy inference section 22 that retrieves from the control rule section 21 a control rule that matches the value of evaluation in the evaluation section 20 and infers the most suitable value in the gas flow rate set values. With this arrangement the most suitable operational value of a damper that controls the recirculation flow rate for the gas recirculating to the furnace is inferred. It is, therefore, possible to operate the damper based on the inferred suitable operational value and control the flow rate of the gas recirculating to the furnace to suppress the boiler steam pressure and temperature.
