摘要： A panel structure is fabricated by stretching a skin plate with a tensile stress below the elastic limit stress thereof, securing this plate onto a framework with the plate under a constraining tensile stress and with portions thereof to which the constraining stress is not being fully applied being heated thereby to cause thermal expansion thereof, removing the constraining stress, and permitting the plate to cool and thereby to undergo thermal contraction and deformation, thereby producing tensile residual stress within the plate, whereby occurrence of welding deformations in the plate on the finished panel is prevented. Depending on the necessity, the skin plate may be prestretched with a stress exceeding the yield point thereof before the above described panel fabrication.

摘要： A method and apparatus for preventing a sag of a panel, in which a plate to be attached to a skeleton is located on the skeleton supported by a supporter, both end parts of the plate are gripped by grasp electrodes of a resistance heating device, current is caused to flow through the plate by the grasp electrodes to preheat the plate to a predetermined temperature and to thermally expand it, the plate is welded to the skeleton by a welding machine, and a tensile residual stress is developed in the plate by a thermal shrinkage deformation attendant upon cooling of the plate after the welding. In a case where the plate has a cut-away part, electric conduction members for short-circuiting the cut-away part are interposed in this part so as to form electric conduction paths for the preheating of the plate.

The position detecting device 29 in the 3rd directions 22 uses the electrode 30 of the welding machine 16, connecting the sensor 31 of the circuit by providing it in the space with a work 1. When the electrode 30 abuts to the work 1, a relay is actuated and the position for the work 1 is detected, an electrode 32 is pressed to the work 1 and specified spot welding is executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform indirect welding of sheet members to each other and on a high rigidity structural member by making uniform a peak value by a square wave current, making equal the current flowing in a unit time and dividing the welding current weld time to provide the non-weld time in between. CONSTITUTION:At the time of spot-welding of sheets 2 and 3 having about 1.5mm thickness on the member 1 having about 3mm thickness, a welding electrode 10 is placed on the prescribed position of the sheet 3 and a collecting electrode 11 is arranged at the proper position of the member 1 at a short distance and the electrode 10 is pressed thereon to the extent that the member 1 and the sheets 2 and 3 are not deformed. Pulse energizing taking the cooling time on the way, namely, energizing for 50sec-nonenergizing for 3sec-energizing for 50sec of the square wave current is then carried out. By this method, nuggets having high depth of penetration can be formed and reliability of a spot welded joint can be improved.
