    • PURPOSE: To make servo valves compact and simple and simplify piping, by connecting the discharge ports of variable-capacity pumps to the servo valves through check valves, respectively, and connecting the downstream sides of the check valves to each other.
      CONSTITUTION: The discharge ports of variable-capacity pumps 1, 1' are con nected to servo valves 8, 8' respectively for the pumps, through check valves 14, 14' which block a fluid from flowing back to the discharge ports. The down stream sides of the check valves 14, 14' are connected to each other through a pipe 17. As a result, each of the servo valves 8, 8' does not need a stepped pilot piston, and does need only one pressure chamber, regardless of the number of the pumps to be matched with each other. The servo valves are thus made compact and simple. Since the number of external pipes for connecting the pressure chambers of the servo valves is only equal to that of the pumps, piping is simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To make motor output usable for hydraulic pressure without wastage, by controlling a pump with not only a signal of discharge pressure but also a step piston inducting a signal of discharge flow. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with variations in the discharge pressure of a first main pump 11, the pressure difference in front and in the rear of a first throttle valve 24 is controlled and then a servo valve 14 is controlled by pressure at the downstream of the first throttle valve 24. According to this case, the opening area of a second throttle valve 25 is controlled by the discharge pressure of the first main pump 11. In this control unit 26, discharge flow is controlled so as to become adjusted to the preset, specified horsepower in accordance with variations in the discharge pressure of the first main pump 11, and the setting horsepower value of said first main pump is changed with the opening area of the first throttle valve 24 changed. That is to say, with the first throttle valve 24 displaced by a piston 19 of a control unit 20, horsepower limitation excellent in a degree of approximation can be achieved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a variable volume pump to precisely control a relief amount from an electromagnetic relief valve during control of a pressure to a value lower than a specified value. SOLUTION: A control device for a variable volume type pump to change a delivery flow rate of working oil by changing a variable element comprises a first feedback circuit 24 to control a pressure of working oil from a variable volume type pump: a second feedback circuit 24a; and a switch control means 88. A first feedback circuit 24 comprises a first pressure detecting means to detect a working pressure; a second pressure detecting means to detect the vent pressure of an electromagnetic relief valve; and a differential pressure computing circuit 122 to compute a differential pressure between the detecting pressures of first and second pressure detecting means. The switch control means 88 performs switch control such that a relief flow rate of working oil is decreased by utilizing a differential signal from the differential pressure computing circuit 122 when the detecting pressure of the first pressure detecting means is higher than a target pressure.

The center axial line 44 of this projecting circular arc surface includes the axial line 13 of a rotary shaft and the axial line 15 of a cylinder block 11, and within one plane in which an incline rotation angle is changed, this is decided in a position shifted from the axial line of the rotary shaft in the inclined rotational direction of the cylinder block. The tip part 52 of a screw rod 51 is brought into contact with the inclined rotational direction downstream side end of the valve plate and the valve plate is positioned and adjusted.

    • PURPOSE: To hold the extent of discharge pressure in a pump stably and constantly irrespective of the flow rate by controlling the pressure of hydraulic fluid from this variable displacement pump with an electromagnetic relief valve, and also controlling this relief valve by means of a first negative feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION: A relief flow rate of hydraulic fluid by a pressure override characteristic in an electromagnetic relief valve 6 becomes smaller and thereby in order to make it become staying in and around the target pressure value in the vicinity of cracking pressure in this relief valve 6, a pressure compensating signal in a first negative feedback circuit 24 is deducted from a detecting flow signal of the hydraulic fluid fed from a pump 1, operating the value through subtraction or the like, and this operated result is imparted, as an input signal, to a second negative feedback circuit 24, varying those of variable elements including a swash plate or the like and controlling the flow rate, whereby it is used a new target quantity value. With this constitution, in this pressure control operating oil of the pump 1, such a possibility that relief flow out of the electromagnetic relief valve 6 might be turned to a large value is prevented, and also any wasteful flow rate is reducible as small as possible.
