摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader for container tier loading in which the structure of guide mechanisms can be simplified, and the working efficiency of the container tier loading can be improved. SOLUTION: At the four corners of a spreader main body 12, guide mechanisms 13 for container guiding are provided in the vertical setting form, and two guide mechanisms on this side observed from the driver seat, of the four guide mechanisms 13, are composed of an extending type guide mechanism 15 which can be extended and contracted vertically, and extends to the lower side from the hung container in the extended condition, while two guide mechanisms on the rear side observed from the driver seat are composed of a fixed type guide mechanism 16. As a result, it is not necessary to provide a fixing device to fix the extending type guide mechanisms 15 an the container 2, in the extending condition, the structure of the fixed type guide mechanisms 16 can be simplified, and the working efficiency of the container tier loading can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the twisting of a hook block by perpendicularly intersecting the axles of the pulley units on the boom side and hook-block side of a high-lift crane to each other, dividing each pulley unit into two pulley groups, and providing the four sets of pulley groups on each apex of a tetrahedrum. CONSTITUTION:Axles 13a and 14a of the pulley unit 13 on the boom side and the pulley unit 14 on the hook-block 12 side of a high-lift crane are provided so as to perpendicularly intersect to each other in a space. The pulleys of the pulley units 13 and 14 are divided into two sets of pulley groups 20/21 and 23/24 respectively and the four sets of pulley groups are placed on each apex of a tetrahedrum. By fixing one end of a wire rope 15 to one point P on the boom side, the wire rope 15 is made pass through the pulley 22 of the pulley group 24, the pulley 19 of the pulley group 21, the pulley 22 of the pulley group 23, and the pulley 19 of the pulley group 20 and again returned to the pulley group 24. After repeatedly passing these pulley groups in order, the wire rope 15 is finally wound up by a winch in the arrow A direction, to lift up a hook 18. Thereby, the twisting of the hook block 12 for suspending the hook 18 can be prevented while safely carrying out suspending in a high place by means of one wire rope.
