    • PURPOSE:To easily adjust the length of a mooring chain by providing a cylindrical housing provided at a rising gradient toward the inside on the lower corner of a floating body and formed into a spherical concave on the inner face of the lower end section, and inserting a stopper combined with a pair of front and rear stopper pieces into it. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical housing 1 extended at a rising gradient with the proper length toward the inside is provided at the connection section of the side plate 02 and bottom plate 06 of a floating body, its thickness is gradually increased toward the lower section, and the lower end is a stopper receiver 3 with a partially spherical concave 2. A stopper 4 with a partial sphere having a partial spherical convex 5 with a relatively large R coupled with the stopper receiver 3 and a partial spherical concave 6 with a relatively small diameter (r) brought into contact with a mooring chain 05 is provided. The stopper 4 is constituted of a pair of the right and left stopper pieces 7, multiple horizontal bolts 8 provided on both side sections of the stopper pieces 7, mooring chain pinching grooves 9 formed on bottom sections of the stopper pieces 7, bolts 10 and nuts 11.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify structure, to compact a balustrade and to enable containing of a balustrade without impeding driveway traffic by a method wherein a top rail pivotally supported to the upper end of a stay through a pin is rotated around a pin at the lower end of the stay and contained between containing foundations. CONSTITUTION:In a balustrade, a stay 3 is pivotally supported to a top rail 2, being usable as a road surface during containing, by means of a pin 4. The top rail is pivotally supported to a containing foundation 9 located on the side of a steel floor board surface 1 by means of a pin 5 located at the lower end of the stay. The stay is formed such that it can be caused to freely rise and fall through the function of a hydraulic cylinder. Rotation of the stay 3 around the pin 5 at the lower end of the stay causes change of the balustrade from a rising state during use to a falling state during containing of the balustrade thus containing the top rail 2 between containing foundations 9. In this case, the top rail 2 can be changed from a state to be used as the top rail to a state to be used as a driveway surface on which a plurality of lanes are continued to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To make mooring of a slide anchor even in a shallow water area possible in safety by installing a slide block, capable of sliding down due to its own weight, on a slope surface of a slope surface block having a slope at its upper side, and by connecting them with a body to a floating wave dissipation levee. CONSTITUTION:A slide anchor 02 is constructed of a slope-surfaced block 1, having a slope surface 1a at its upper side, and a slide block 2 that is mounted on the slope surface 1a in a way that it is capable of sliding down under water with its own weight. Then the slide anchor 02 is submerged and settled at a prescribed position with a cable body 03 tied at its one end to the slide block 2. The other end of the cable body 03 is connected to a floating wave dissipation levee 01. When an excessive load is applied to the cable body 03, the slide block 2 moves of the in the direction of the load, so that any stress more than a certain amount may not act on the cable body 03. Thereby desirable catenary characteristics can be displayed even in a shallow sea area.
