摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coating composition useful for coating galvanized steel, excellent in corrosion resistance by allowing to contain a chromate based anticor rosive pigment and a phosphate pigment in a specific ratio based on a solid component of a coating forming resin. CONSTITUTION:This composition contains (A) 10-100 pts.wt. preferably 30 80 pts.wt. chromate based anticorrosive pigment (preferably, a combination of strontium chromate and zinc chromate, or one of strontium chromate and barium chromate and (B) 5-50 pts.wt., preferably 15-40 pts.wt. phosphate pigment (preferably, at least one of zinc phosphate, aluminum phosphate and calcium phosphate) based on 100 pts.wt. solid resin component in a coating forming resin (e.g., an epoxy resin, an epoxy-urethane resin, a polyester resin, etc. preferably a combination of the polyester resin and amino resin). Here, the total pigment is preferably 60-180pts. based on 100pts. resin solid component.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panel with sandwich structure high in expansion uniformity of the expanded urethane layer borne thereon, with no problem of its appearance, and good in adhesiveness. SOLUTION: This coating composition for metallic plate comprises a resin component composed of (A) 75-95 pts.wt. of a hydroxyl-bearing resin 40-250 mgKOH/g in hydroxyl value and (B) 5-25 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent, 50-200 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin component, of a pigment and 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a lubricant. The other objective panel with sandwich structure is obtained by sandwichedly forming an expanded urethane layer between the respective coating film surfaces of two coated metallic plates each prepared by forming a cured coating film using this coating composition through, if needed, a primer coating film on a metallic plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coated steel plate having a surface with elegant undulation and matt finish, by forming a thin film prepared from a film-forming organic binder, a specified fine organic powder, and a specified film-surface modifier on the surface of a steel plate on which a film has been formed. CONSTITUTION:A phosphate conversion coating or a chromate conversion coating is formed on the surface of a steel plate such as a cold-rolled steel plate and, if necessary, a primer is applied on this film, thus giving an objective steel plate. 100pts.wt. (solid) film-forming organic binder (A), such as a polyester resin, is mixed with 1-150pts.wt. fine organic powder (B), such as a powder of nylon 11, which has an average particle diameter of 15-80mum and will not completely melt and/or mix with component A at its film-forming temperature, and 0.5-70pts.wt. inorganic film-surface modifier (C), such as SiO2, which has an average particle diameter of 1/3 that of component B or smaller and an oil absorption of 80 or more, giving a coating composition. This composition is applied on the aforementioned steel plate and is heated at 180-270 deg.C for 15-60sec to cure.

摘要： PURPOSE:Coated steel plates with good pressing processability, high welding, anticorrosive and coating properties, which have multilayered surfaces consisting of baked coatings containing zinc powders wherein these layers have been baked separately. CONSTITUTION:After pretreatment such as phosphate salt, galvanizing or chromate treatment, the surface of steel plate is coated with a coating containing zinc powders and baked and the operation is repeated to form multilayer of baked coatings. The thickness of multilayered coating film is equal to the thickness of primer layers other than the outermost layer or the half or less of the total thickness of the surface coating layer and the thickness of every primer coating layer is made less than the value resulting from dividing the total thickness of the surface coating layer with the number of the multilayers. The coating resin used is, e.g., phthalate resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin. polyester resin and others.
