    • PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive and mechanically strong superconducting coil by disposing a spacer for a cooling channel among winding layers and performing winding, and thereafter performing a high temperature heat treatment for production of a superconducting material, and further impregnating a resulting winding with epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A compound superconducting wire 2 is wound to yield a superconducting coil 1 by a wind-and-react method. A spacer 11 for a cooling channel to construct the coiling channel is arranged among winding layers of the superconducting coil 1. A spacer 11 structure is constructed with an insulating material 12 formed by knitting into a bag shape heat resistant fibers, e.g. ceramics aluminum fibers and with a metal piece 13 comprising stainless steel for example inserted into the interior of the insulating material 12 for resisting a high temperature heat treatment and reinforcing the spacer. The spacer 11 is disposed among the winding layers and winding is performed, and thereafter the high temperature heat treatment is performed to produce a superconducting material. Thereafter, the resulting coil is impregnated with epoxy resin 14. Hereby, the inexpensive and mechanically strong superconducting coil 1 is yielded.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply shut-down detection device and a power supply shut-down amount calculation device that can detect power supply shut-down and calculate a power supply shut-down amount, by using an effective power flow at a connecting point with the other power system and the information of a frequency. SOLUTION: The effective power flow Pi that flows in and out at the connecting point of an own power system and the other power system is measured and collected to an information accumulation means 11 via an information transmission means 4. An effective power flow addition means 12 calculates the sum PT=ΣPi of the effective power flow Pi that flows in and out between the other system and the own system. A difference calculation means 14 calculates a difference DP between the sum PT(t) of the calculated newest effective power flow and the sum PT(t▵-t) of the effective power flow that is calculated a fixed time (▵t) before. A power supply shut-down determination means 16 compares the difference DP of the sum of the effective power flow and a prescribed threshold DP_limit, determines that there arises the power supply shut-down when the difference DP is not smaller than the prescribed threshold, and detects the power supply shut-down in the own power system. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate ventilation and cooling/heating without hindering the ventilating function and the cooling/heating function by setting the ventilated air volume of a ventilation fan, while interlocking with the circulation air volume of a circulation fan and a ventilation fan for exhausting indoor air and supplying outdoor air. SOLUTION: A circulation fan 2 is subjected to drive control, based on the output from a circulation air volume setting means 5 for setting the cooling/ heating air volume. A ventilation fan 3 is subjected to drive control, based on the output from means 7 for setting the ventilation air volume of the ventilation fan 3. As the setting of ventilation air volume based on the output from the circulation air volume setting means 5, the ventilation air volume of the ventilation fan 3 can be varied, depending on the circulation air volume of the circulation fan 2. Since the circulation air volume is interlocked with the ventilation air volume, a superior performance for setting the air volume individually and independently can be exhibited. Furthermore, control parts can be integrated because a ventilation fan drive means 8 is interlocked with a circulation fan drive means 6.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify inspecting the weld of conduits for completeness so as to improve the filling rate of weld metal within a superconductive twisted-wire by forming the cross-sectional shape of stabilizing copper in the shape of a square, and then forming a refrigerant passage within the stabilizing copper. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant is allowed to flow through a refrigerant passage 17 within stabilizing copper 12 in the cross-sectional shape of a square so that the stabilizing copper 12 may be cooled. Although pressure buildup in a superconductive hollow-conductor is caused by heat received from the refrigerant flowing through the passage 17, the refrigerant is confined already within the stabilizing copper 12 so that pressure by the refrigerant can not be applied to each of conduits 3a, 3b. On this account, the conduits 3a, 3b may suffice only with counterforce against electromagnetic force and consequently butt welding may suffice in welding the conduits 3a, 3b to each other. This eliminates the need for the conduits 3a, 3b to be mutually welded in a condition completely melted into each other and consequently simplifies inspecting whether the welding has been done completely or incompletely while improving the filling rate of weld metal.
