    • PURPOSE:To accumulate recording paper sheets in a very stable posture by gradually lifting up recording paper sheets while horizontally moving the sheets by an aligning plate, accumulating the sheets while the sheets are brought into contact with a stop plate, and regulating the horizontal movement of the sheets by the aligning plate and the stop plate. CONSTITUTION:When a recording paper sheet A is transported by a transport it 2 and the trailing end portion of the recording paper sheet group A passes the forward end of an aligning blade 7, the aligning blade 7 is moved horizontally to the right and turned upward on the right by the movement to the right of an aligning blade holding member 15 through an aligning plate turning link 16 and an aligning plate turning shaft 14 to horizontally move the recording paper sheet A to the right and lift up the same. Subsequently, the recording paper sheet A is pressed to a stop plate A, whereby the stop plate 8 is turned upward on the right to be vertical, and further the aligning plate 7 is also turned upward on the right, whereby the recording paper sheet S is moved horizontally to the right and lifted up to be vertical. Thus, the horizontal movement of the recording paper sheets is regulated by the aligning plate and the stop plate 8 to accumulate the sheets.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the automatic reduction of the speed of the rotating body by constituting the controller which gives the pressure toward the circumference of the object rotated by the external force. CONSTITUTION:Linking tool 8 which contains oscillating arm 19 and cylinder 9 sealed to axle 6 is attached to support frame 2 of rotating body 1 via support 3 and auxiliary support 4, and piston 17 to which rod 16 is sealed is provided within cylinder 9. Control roller 22 and oscillating link 28 are attached to arm 19 via axles 23 and 24. Then oscillating arm push-up spring 34 is provided to support 3 to always press roller 22 to body 1. When body 1 has rotations with the external force, roller 22 is turned to give oscillation to link 28 and then to give the reciprocal motion to rod 16. As a result, rooms (b) and (c) holding piston 17 within cylinder 9 become the compression room and the suction room alternately to cause the damping force at piston 17. This damping force is fed back to roller 22 to give the automatic reduction of the speed to body 1 under the fixed velocity.
