    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for decontaminating the soil contaminated with oil continuously and in high efficiency.
      SOLUTION: A decontaminating tank main body (1) is divided by a partition wall (2) into a decontaminating tank (3) and a decontaminated soil discharging tank (4). The tank (3) is further divided into several tanks by partition walls (5) and screw conveyers (6 to 8) are arranged in the respective tanks. The soil contaminated with oil is thrown in the tank (3) and then an alkali and an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution are added to the tank (3). The contaminated soil is decontaminated by causing minute bubbles of oxygen to bring the oil on the surface of soil particles to the water surface in a process where the screw conveyers (6, 7) are reciprocated. The decontaminated soil is carried out to the outside of the body (1) by the screw conveyer (8).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold required tension constant regardless of the state of load so as to stably convey the load without causing over-flexure or applying over- tension. SOLUTION: This wire pull conveyor is so constituted that a conveyor body 4 with a wire rope fitted to both side end parts of a conveyor belt is endlessly stretched over a driving pulley 3 provided at a head part, and a driven pulley provided at a tail part and that a plurality of intermediate supports 5 for supporting the conveyor body 4 are provided between the driving pulley 3 of the head part and the driven pulley of the tail part. In this case, the head part provided with the driving pulley 3 is provided with a take-up pulley 7 and a turn-around pulley 8, and the return path side of the conveyor body 4 is stretched over the take-up pulley 7 and the turn-around pulley 8. A load cell 14 for detecting the tension of the conveyor body 4, and a hydraulic jack 13 expanded/contracted on the basis of the detected value of the load cell 14 to move the take-up pulley 7, are provided to automatically move the take-up pulley 7 so as to make the tension of the conveyor body 4 constant.

    • PURPOSE:To construct a trapezoidal concrete structure from the lower most level by a simple structural means, by providing corner forms, rectangular plane forms, and a trapezoidal form obtained by removing a part of a plurality of parts and making the next rod form and then jointing the tops of both corner forms with a connection member. CONSTITUTION:This concrete form is composed of four corner forms 1, 2, connection members thereof 3, 4, two rectangular plane forms and two trapezoidal forms 10, and connection members thereof 20-22. After one rod of placing concrete has been completed, The coupling of the connection members 3, 4 is disconnected and the corner forms 1, 2 are raised. And then a framework is made by the connection members 3, 4 corresponding to the next rod and a part of the trapezoidal forms 10 is removed to form a shape corresponding to the next rod. Then the trapezoidal form 10 is lifted and assembled by receiving the reaction with the corner forms 1, 2 and the connection members 3, 4. In this way, a trapezoidal concrete structure can be constructed from the lowermost level and the construction period can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to remotely measure the depth and shape of the internal space of a groove, by feeding out a row of probe elements to the longitudinal direction of the groove and detecting the feed-out quantities of said elements. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of take-up reels are parallelly received in a reel box 4 and probe elements 5 each made of a flat and thin leaf spring steel are wound around the reels. The probe elements 5 are guided to a horizontal direction by two sets of feed-out and take-up rollers 6, 7 while held between them. A main body 1 is set to the front surface of an article to be measured and a row of the probe elements 5 are allowed to coincide with the longitudinal direction of a groove. Next, a main roller 9 is rotated through a drive shaft 11 and a torque limiter 10 by outputting a drive signal to a motor 12 to rotate the rollers 6 and the probe elements 5 are fed out all together. The probe elements 5 are contacted with the object and feed-out torque reaches a set value while the limiter 10 races and the roller 9 is stopped to stop the feed-out of the probe elements 5 and the detected values of respective number-of-rotation detectors 13 at the time of the stoppage of the probe elements 5 are stored. Next, when a feed-out/take-up repeating number reached a set value, the motor 12 is stopped to release the torque acting on the probe elements 5 and the detected values at that point of time are operated to measure the depth and shape of the groove.
