摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-pull conveyor with a large loading amount at low cost by constituting a conveyor body out of a movable member, forming a string type body connected to both its ends through a plurality of lifting metal fittings, and equipping plural pairs of rollers which clamp the string type body at a head part, a tail part, and a middle part from the vertical direction. SOLUTION: The conveyor belt 2 of a conveyor body 1 is constituted of movable members such as wire net, cloth and synthetic rubber. One end of lifting hardware 3 is bolted to both the ends of the conveyor belt 2. String type bodies, or wire ropes 4, are fitted to the other ends of a plurality of the lifting hardware 3 to hold them. When an article (W) to be carried is loaded onto the conveyor belt 2, the conveyor belt 2 curves downward. Longitudinal tension occurs at the lifting hardware 3, and the wire ropes 4 try to come off from an annular groove 34a in a wire receiving roller 34, however tire rollers 35 which clamp the wire ropes 4 together with the roller 34 suppress it and prevent it from being lifted and coming off.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation by a conveyed object and increase the load quantity by providing a tail drum, multiple pairs of line pulleys, multiple pairs of carrier rollers, and a carrier roller supporting a return path portion on a frame erected on support shoes. SOLUTION: A frame 22 is provided with multiple pairs of line pulleys 15 shrunk in width downward in the conveying direction from a tail drum 23 side and multiple pairs of carrier rollers 16 made deeper in depth at the center section in the conveying direction. A straight carrier roller 24 supporting the return path portion 2b of a conveyor belt is provided at the lower section of the frame 22. The return path portion 2b is guided to the tail drum 23 by the carrier roller 24, and it is inverted by the tail drum 23. A forward path portion 2a is gradually shrunk in width in the conveying direction by the line pulleys 15 and the carrier rollers 16, and it is deformed into a stable recessed shape after a conveyed object W is loaded.

The forward path portion 2a of a conveyor belt 2 is made gradually shallower in depth at the center section by the carrier rollers 16, wire ropes are gradually widened by the line pulleys 15, 15, and a conveyed object is shifted to the drive drum 14 in the flat state. The presser rollers 17, 17 are pressed to the return path portion 2b inverted by the drive drum 14 from below, and the driving force is effectively transmitted.

SOLUTION: When an article W to be conveyed is loaded in a conveyer belt, the conveyer belt 2 is curved downwards. At lifting hardware 3, longitudinal tension is generated, and a wire rope 4 tries to come off from an annular groove 34a in a wire receiving roller 34, however, the wire rope 4 is restrained by a tire roller 35 clamping the wire rope 4 together with the roller 34, and is prevented being lifted and coming off. It is possible to increase the loading amount of the article W to be conveyed for the belt conveyer placed and supported by a carrier roller. By moving and fixing a head part 10, a tail part 20 and a middle column 30, the movement of this wire pull conveyer is made free.
