    • A method and a device for measuring an angle required for ascertaining the coordinates of a measuring point comprise two laser beams which are rotatingly emitted from a reference point in opposite directions at the same angular velocity and, at a measuring point, time intervals for receiving the two laser beams are obtained and used for the ascertaining of the measuring point coordinates. The laser device generates two laser beams rotating in opposite angular directions at the same angular velocity. The laser beams are reflected twice in a pentaprism, a compound prism and a rectangular mirror. Errors for mounting the prisms and mirror are thus eliminated resulting in extremely small rotation irregularities. In a method and a device for measuring an angle in 3-dimensional space, laser beams in sectors and a sensor for detecting said laser beam are used; thereby, various angles required for determining coordinates in 3-dimensional space can be measured.

    • PURPOSE:To enable smooth placing of concrete to the vertical part of a fork- strut, by using an outside scaffold formed with frames in which an uppermost part is sectioned by a scaffold plate at one step and the other is sectioned by scaffold plates at intervals of a plurality of steps and scaffold plates pivotally mounted to the frame. CONSTITUTION:An outer scaffold 13 is formed with a frame 14, scaffold plates 15A-15E, and coupling rods 23, and is partitioned into four frame sections 14A-14D consisting of an uppermost part formed in one step and the other formed with the scaffold plate 15A and the like at intervals of a plurality of steps, for example, 2 steps. By using the outside scaffold, concrete is placed as a scaffold 13 is lifted along a leg part 6 of a fork strut. When the scaffold 15A at an uppermost step is lifted up to a position below a bent part 8A, auxiliary guide rollers 22 are mounted by means of pin joints 18B and 18C located at the upper and the lower stage of an upper section 14B, and the scaffold 13 is lifted through a guide rail 12A additionally connected along a vertical part 9. The scaffold plate 15B is held horizontally by means of a turn buckle 20 to place concrete in the vertical part 9.
